location was amazing, can’t believe how central it was! balcony was lovely with such a pleasant view, couldn’t hear noise from other guests and balcony doors were good at keeping outside noise out Plenty of storage in room, entered the building and straight into our room, no check in, so straight forward which was appreciated after a long journey met the host one morning who was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again, such good value for money

Would’ve been helpful for taxi numbers/other information to be accessible as reception isn’t manned 24/7 to ask questions Did find the door to enter the room very hard to open, unsure if this was user error but we were locked out of room for 20 minutes before working it out

The location is great!! Vacant to the spanish steps and to all the shopping area, also a walk away from most of the city's seesights (with comfortable shoes). It was clean, nice staff, with a small balcony with a street view. Also there's an elevator and an area to store luggage. The host was very nice. I had a great stay there

Very good localization in the centre of Rome, good contact with an owner, clean room with comfortable beds.

It's not easy to make check-in with a reception- opened from 8.30 AM to 1 PM- the hours to visit the city not to stay in a room. One day I was waiting from 8.30 to 8.45 and it was still closed- we had the tickets to Colloseum and had to go out. I prefer to leave documents not via whatsapp but in the hotel.

The location was absolutely perfect! I loved that the room was in a group of others; it was like it’s own community within the building. The staff was very responsive and friendly as well!

Miscommunication regarding the private taxi that was hired by the hotel. In my past experience the fee was paid through the hotel, in this case it was to be paid directly to the driver even though the hotel booked it. Nonetheless, the owner was extremely nice, understanding and responsive regarding the issue and got it taken care of swiftly!

Location excellent, on Via Corso. Opposite a church with a small square, didn't feel hemmed in like some Rome hotels and rooms. Taxi rank almost opposite. 2-3 minute walk to Spagna metro, 7 minute walk to Pantheon. Very central, Via Corso is a great area to stay - Piazza Popolo at one end, Piazza Venezia at the other (wedding cake monument!). Close to Villa Borghese gardens. Have stayed in Rome several times and this area is perfect. Tea and coffee facilities in room, real coffee macine in reception. No breakfast (Covid), but it wasn't a miss. Book a balcony room overlooking Via Corso, watch life going by. Pedestrianised so not too much traffic noise. Staff lovely, young girl really helpful giving us info for a PCR test clinic (req for cruise).

All great, have made the most of the size of the property.

Me and my daughter arrived on Sunday and the receptionist gave us the room, we went in took a shower and we arranged our clothes . We went out . Around 30mins after someone from the hotel called to say that the room they gave us was not ours and that I have to go back to change room or else she will move my things in the other room , i no as our things where out of the luggages. She told me if you are not coming I have to charge you more I was very disappointed as it was not my mistake, I didn't ask for that room, but still I had to return from where i was

Location is great a walking distance to most of the sites like trevi the Spanish steps and more. Mostly quite, nice rooms. The staff was helpful and nice

The shower is not closed all the way so it makes a bit of a mess in the bathroom, the steps in the building are not comfortable and the elevator is old and we were a bit worried getting in it

The hotel is very central and the Spanish steps is less than a 10-minute walk away. The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was clean with comfy beds and very modern. It was perfect for 3 people. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Rome.

There was no breakfast. The hotel staff should consider a to-go breakfast bag like juice, yogurt and fruit.

Central location. Clean room and helpful staff. Coffee machine in main area available at all tines. My son found a bottle of Prosecco for his birthday... A nice surprise making our stay more wonderful.

The room next to us was noisy and we could hear then throughout the night.

We had an upgrade to a front room with balcony so we could watch people go by and look up and down the street. They assisted in organising transport to and from the airport and train station Location was second to none and your landmarks were close by Would definitely stay there on our next visit
