The location is fabulous. The apartment is in a gracious old palazzo. The large terrace and view were lovely. Beatrice and the butler were most helpful.
Access to the rooftop apartment is very difficult via a narrow spiral staircase. Access to the bathroom is down stairs and also challenging. The rooftop apartment is not suitable for older people or anyone with mobility issues.

The property is amazing, it's like staying in one of the museums we visited. Glad we were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers), staying alone or just a couple in this property could have been a little creepy and spooky at night.
Nothing... price is a little high but it's worth it as it was just for our last night in Rome before we returned home.

It so exceeded my expectations that I doubt I would ever be satisfied with other hotels elsewhere! Wonderful staff (applause 👏) & fantastic location (all the local guides told us that it is the best and safest area in Rome & beautiful historic palace owned by noble house created by papacy.
Built in 16th century, the building is old but that's what it means to be the "real" historic palace 😉

Location, history, breakfast were fantastic. The staff was amazing!
The room was not child friendly - lots of steps to walk to get to the room (i.e. bad for stroller), the actual room was up a spiral staircase and has several steps throughout which were dangerous for children.

Beatrice is the best host you can wish for. We stayed in both the Napoleone Suite as the Rooftop Terrace. All rooms are one of a kind and characteristic, incredible! Amazing location, service and stunning views over Rome. Life experience
