What an amazing experience, super location right in the centre of Pisa and a wonderful room with everything to make your stay a pleasurable experience. The bathrobes and slippers were a lovely touch. Comfy beds with a huge bathroom with two separate sinks, an amazing place with a super breakfast, relaxing terrace outside in the summer. Staff were helpful in directions, places to see, maps to show you the way and also recommendations for restaurants. They booked an excellent place for us with short notice, which was superb. I would highly recommend this place as the best place to stay in Sienna, we were sad to leave. Hope to be back soon.

Well kept, very clean, nicely decorated, huge bed and fantastic bathroom.

We booked the junior suite thinking that there are 2 double beds (we were 4 friends). We got this impression since in the photos of the room there are 2 rooms with 2 double beds. To our disappointment, there was one one room with a double bed and one living room with a singe couch and a foldable iron bed.. the staff explained to us that in the pictures we saw of the room, both bedrooms from the 2 junior suites displayed (leading to confusion justified by the high price). When checking again our reservation, indeed in the details it was written: 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. Unfortunately neither this description was accurate as there wasn’t a sofa bed, but a single bed and a foldable (extremely uncomfortable). What a pity for an otherwise very nice hotel.

This hotel was so beautiful and was like staying in a friends home. Our room was lovely and very comfortable. The bathroom was exceptionally large and the shower was out of this world! The staff was so helpful and even before we arrived helped book a car for us to Rome for our departure. It is just a stones throw from the main area of Siena and so worth being away from the crazy crowds. We highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were very large and comfortable and the location was great, close to restaurants, shopping and attractions. Quiet, nice breakfast included.

The rooms were too warm our first night there (no air conditioning) but this was addressed by the staff as soon as we remarked upon it in the morning.

The rooms are very nicely refurnished to look authentic. The units are on the first floor of the building, the elevator was not necessary. I like the security this place gives you. The staff was kind to let us bring our road bicycles in the rooms with us. Although the room was not massive, it was big enough to acomodate two people + 2 bicycles. The location is in the historic center, minutes away walk into the main square. We're traveling by car, and since it is not permitted to drive through the historical center of the city, the hotel arranged for a garage that was not expensive and it had a valet service. We drove to the garage, where an employee there took us with the car to the hotel to unload our luggage then took the car and deposited safely. When we left the hotel, the same driver waited for us in front of the hotel and drove us outside the madness of the historical streets. All in all it was a great stay. We'll definitely get bak here.

Due to covid, the breakfast is a la carte, but the staff is very nice in providing you with anything you need.

Location was fab. Once we managed to drop luggage and get out of the old town before we were fined. Staff were helpful to ensure we got a permit. I suggest you go directly to train station parking (only 2 euro a day) and an easy walk up the escalators. We had premium room which was off a gorgeous shared living and balcony but felt like our own apartment. Bed was comfy and staff helpful - be sure to use WhatsApp to communicate as they multi task and are not always at the desk. So much storage and incredible detail to design. Breakfasts amazing. Highly recommend.

Only issue was hot water apparently often flips the circuit but was a quick fix once I informed staff. Internet was good but timed do have to constantly log in.

Perfect mix of old world charm and updated amenities/fixtures, ideal location, good breakfast, lovely staff. Room was really nice, big, and with thoughtful amenities (robes, slippers, hairdryer with attachments!)

Not an issue for me but because it’s an old building there are stairs to navigate that may be difficult for less mobile guests, even with the elevator. Just something to be aware of.

Full apartment with separete kitchen, lounge area, bedroom & toilet. Very clean and modern inside apartment and fabulous reception area. Staff could not have been nicer. Nice bathroom with huge shower area. Perfect locatation inside the city walls

Very happy with everything but wouuld have loved a balcony.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was large and very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great. Every morning the breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared.

Really great place, I can't imagine there is better in Siena. Rooms were very lux, hotel is small and had a boutique feel. Newly refurbished to a good finish. The apartment/loft suite is huge, well kitted out, and could have taken our family of 5. The staff were brilliant and very helpful, and even found us a babysitter

Nothing really. Very good. Was fairly expensive but ended up being worth it.
