Nice location - close to the duomo and piazza del campo. There is an escalator round the corner if you don’t want to walk up the hill. Plenty of cold water to drink, coffee and teas. We were greeted by Elena who ran through the map of the town with us and highlighted places to go which was great as we didn’t have long in Siena to walk around to explore so needed some pointers. Breakfast is served in room in morning which was nice to have a relaxing morning in the room. Comfortable bed. Very clean room. Plenty of storage space in the room.

proximity to all the places to see the maid who was there in the morning preparing our breakfasts was so very helpful in helping us call a taxi because they understood very little English. She Used her phone to call for us. We were so very grateful she was there at the time.

No easy access to staff after certain times. After arrival you really feel like you are “on your own”. It would be nice if the bedroom window in our room had a covering that is not sheer. people are walking by right outside our window and hard to feel like your privacy is protected.

For me, the property is located in the best possible area of Siena. Although it is on the "outskirts", it means you have parking available practically right outside the door, the area is quiet, and yet it is also less than 50 meters to the escalators that take you directly into the city centre (and even without the lifts, it is still less than a 10 minute walk into town). The check-in was seamless. The staff were super friendly, easily accommodating us for some changes in schedule, they spoke great English, and were just a delight overall. The room was clean, spacious, and had amazing air conditioning (which was important given there was a massive heatwave when we were visiting) The breakfast is amazing, delivered right to your room at the time of your choosing. Plus there is water and coffee in the common area so you can always have a quick espresso and then fill your water bottle before heading out for the day.

I wouldn't change anything. I wish we could have stayed longer. If you are going to Siena, you should stay here!

Very comfortable room in great style with view on one of the churches. We could have our breakfast in our room at the desired time. There is no hot meal, but still it is good and you can select what you want. The location is excellent, a few meters walk and you find yourself in the heart of Siena. Parking is supported with a lower fee parking card. If you drive into the ZTL zone just to have easy unpack/pack, you have max 40 min and Elena needs to take a photo of the car with car plate and send to police, otherwise you can expect a fine.

Location! Not too noisy and busy with tourists. Very close to outdoor elevator that goes to old town. Beautiful rooms and tastefully decorated! Lovely view from window to historical wall and water trough. Owner very accomadating and let us check in early! A gem in lovely Siena. Taxi to train station can be difficult with so many tourists. 💕💕

The property was very clean and comfortable and stylishly decorated. It had everything you needed water dispenser, free coffee pods and tea making facilities and car parking charges were included. The car park was about 2 min walk away and you could drop your bags and park. The owner was very helpful and marked lots of places of interest on a map for us and recommended a wonderful restaurant which we went to and loved.

this isn’t really a “not like”, but it was right near the escalators- unfortunately they didn’t work. the town was up a very steep hill and getting to the top was a real challenge. It would also have been fun to have a community breakfast instead of in our rooms, to get to know the other folks staying there. Neither of these things are a real negative, unless you physically really need the escalator!

The communication with the staff was excellent. When we had trouble finding the accommodations she came out and showed us where to park. Nice two bedroom apartment with easy access to the city escalators. Quiet area yet close to all of the attractions of the city.

It was a bit difficult to locate, but the staff helped us quickly and to our satisfaction.

Very close to the historic centre and to the escalator . Superbly restored building with great attention to detail . spotlessly clean . GPS failed so we had trouble finding it but Elena had a video call with us to guide us in . Nice breakfast served in our room . Lots of information given about restaurants and local attractions in beautiful Siena .

Everything! The woman who checked us in was so lovely, finding it and parking was a breeze, they sent us all the information in advance so we could plan getting there. It's right beside the escalator up into the centre so it's perfect location. The room was gorgeous and had air con (which is a must in Italy in July!). Couldn't fault it at all.
