The amazing view of Siena is well worth the 5+ flights of stairs to the apartment!! So well thought out apartments in the centre of beautiful Siena. We didn’t use the shared kitchen facilities as there was just too much exploring of Siena to do, but it was really well equipped. Apartment was lovely and clean, checking in was easy and no issues. There is a lovely balcony too - drink wine and enjoy the views. See photo attached, the first one is the view from our window, the second one shows the apartment at the top of the photo. Would definitely recommend staying here for the views alone!

Nothing - just be aware of the stairs

The absolute best room I had during my travels in Italy. The staff was really friendly and helpful both on site and when reaching out to them online. Its placed in the center of Siena and I had a big room with two big windows so you could see 180 degrees around you. Comfy bed, modern bathroom and plenty of power sockets. A common kitchen was available with refrigerator/freezer and great free coffee. Lastly but not least, the terrace offers probably the best view in Siena. Total view over 180 degrees and the other way than my room so still stunned about the total view from this place. So here you can enjoy the sunset with a fine wine and a heavenly view. Cant recommend this place enough!

It wasn't a huge problem for me but there's only stairs and 6 floors of them. But that's a good way to burn of all the nice wine and cheese your going to enjoy during your stay

The most incredible view from the balcony overlooking Siena. The balcony is directly accessible from the shared kitchen. 113 steps walk up five floors from street level truly provided fabulous exercise, though you should know this in advance. I worried needlessly about carrying my roller bag up 5 flights but they provide an amazing “lift” for the bags so it was no problem. Bags can be held in the common area for a while (eg, 1pm) to allow you to walk bag-free around Siena. Fabulous views from the rooms. HIGHLY recommend this place, steps from restaurants and 3 minutes walk from heart of Siena, the Piazza del Campo. Great owners/hosts, too. Historic building. LOVED IT!!!

The communication was excellent, room is clean and comfortable. The VIEW on the balcony and my room worth every penny and every climb! It’s on the top floor, I could see it being difficult for some people to climb, roughly 110 steps up I think… I loved it, it’s quite common if you visit/stay in the old towns in Europe. However. if you use wheel chair, in your 70s, have health issues, have a lot of luggage, it probably not for you.

Best view!!!!!! Totally worth it if you can do it!!!

Great location, a lovely terrace and a very big common area. The towels and sheets were every clean. The AC is also a big rescue on hot summer days and nights. Be prepare to climb 5 floors (pack a backpack, a trolley would be a killer) because it is the way it is in Siena.

The shower might do with a good touch, like a new shower head. Also maybe more utensils in the kitchen would be useful (plates, cutlery etc.)

Million dollar view! Everything was clean and orderly. All the rooms were newer and updated. The staff went out of their way to help us. Very secure location. Two blocks from the Palio, and super close to everything else.

The only bad comment I have is the 5 flights of stairs we had to climb every time to get up to the rooms. Unless you are in good shape this place is not for you. When you get to the top the view is incredible, but you have to get to the top first.

The apartment really has the best view in the old city center. The shared terrace faces the other part of the city, it is just amazing how nice it is! A friendly man welcomed us, we paid immediately and we said goodbyes. The room was cozy, the bathroom was large. If you need parking, they can organize a valet service. 30 Euro for a night, the valet brings you near the apartment and he drives back your car to the garage, the next day he drives it back to you where you want it. I only used the parking service because my car insurance doesn´t allow others to drive it. It is a 20 minutes walk from the garage to the apartment.

It is an old house so you need to accept to walk up the stairs around 25-30m in hight. It is hard if you are not trained.

Great value for money, view from the balcony is breathtaking! 2 minutes from the square makes it a very handy location. Luggage winch means you don't have to carry your bag up 5 flights. Would definitely stay here again.

There is no fridge in the shared kitchen, which would have meant we could enjoy cold drinks on the balcony, as it was such an amazing attribute to the flat.

Great place. Room with airconditioning and nice views. The best thing about the place is the teracce as most guests already mentioned. You can ask the owner in advance about free parking possibilities in the area. About 20 minutes walk, so make sure that you have got your stuff together!

A sunshade would be a nice thing so that guests can also enjoy the view when the sun hits the teracce. In summer time you will be cooked during the afternoon!

The view was fantastic. Furnishing and security were excellent.

The place was on the 6th floor with no lift ... That's okay, I was just surprised (not sure if it was in the description). May I suggest they put up a light in the ground floor as it is dark if you come in at night- the light switch is in level 2. .
