This was our first time in Venice and we would definitely stay here again when we visit in the future. The accommodation is located a couple of minutes walk from San Marco and all other attractions. It's also super close (less than 2 minute walk) to the water taxi Alilaguna service which has a connection straight to the airport, this is particularly ideal when you have luggage. The room was very comfortable and most importantly it was spotless clean. Great breakfast and an amazing host.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this B&B! The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk to the water where you can easily catch a water boat (and breathe in the fresh air) and a short walk to Piazza San Marco. The room was perfect—it had everything I needed and the decor was beautiful. (I’m still dreaming of the mosaic tiles in the bathroom!) The B&B is down a small alley and so the there is no noise from the surrounding, busier streets. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe. But the best thing about this place is Yuri, the owner. He was so kind and helpful—sent me exact directions on how to get there—and helped me figure out how to catch a night boat to Piazala Roma so that I could catch the 4:20 bus to the airport. He also gave me some food the day before I left so that I had something to eat on my early morning journey. He was gracious and kind, and I would highly recommend staying here when you come to Venice!

This B&B is in such a fantastic location, exactly as described. It was just ideal for our stay in Venice to get around and come back for a rest or at night to sleep. The room was very comfortable. What made this B&B exceptional was the host Juri who went over and beyond to make our stay as amazing as possible. From the time of booking till we arrived and during our stay, he responded to any questions and accommodated us in every way possible. The included breakfast was a great way to start our day in Venice - thank you Juri

Nothing I can think of

Room was exactly like the photos. No surprises or trick photography. Thoughtfully furnished room with plenty of storage and hanging space so the room, although smallish (as most are in Venice) does not feel smalll. Juri is a gracious and charming host. The location is terrific, so close to the vaporetto and St Mark's and so many restaurants nearby. The directions to find the place were perfect and easy to follow. Yes you pay for the privilege of staying so close to St Mark's square but to put in context...in 2019 i stayed at a hotel in this area in a tiny dated room and I paid about the same for 3CB&B in 2023 and since then prices have almost doubled for that same hotel! I would absolutely stay here again.

There's nothing I didn't like but perhaps a suggestion would be to have some nut/seed mix at breakfast to go with the yoghurt for people like me who can't eat cereal.

Lovely B&B in the heart of the action in Venice. A short walk to St Mark’s Square and very convenient for the water buses and trips to the islands, etc. Juri, our host, was amazing! Very knowledgeable and always happy to help, and his breakfasts are very nice too. The B&B is tucked away down an alleyway but Juri sent us directions from the airport boat stop and they were perfect - we found it straight away. Thanks to Juri for a great stay, would definitely recommend this place for a Venice stay.

Nothing negative to say. The accommodation and host were excellent.

The only thing that could be better was the weather but even for December it was not that bad. Juri was very friendly and helpful with everything, room impeccable and cleaned every day, we could not have wished for a better host, even prepared us breakfast for the last day as we had to leave very early. The location is right next to the Doge's Palace, we expected it to be a little noisy but we did not hear a sound as the room is very quiet.

Definitely would have stayed longer if we had the time

The room was clean and bright. The location was very close from the ferry stop San Zaccaria which was convenient when taking the transportation from the airport or to visit other islands. Doge's palace, Rialto bridge and market were near from the hotel too. The owner was kind and helpful. The breakfast was good with freshly made ham&cheese toast and fresh fruits.

The room was not soundproofed and we heard our neighbors talking loud one night. It might be a good idea to inform guests to stay quiet when at the rooms.

Perfectly located to all the attractions of Venice. Juri gave us easy directions to find 3C B&B very close to ferry port. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, breakfast was a bonus with great coffee and croissants. Juri was a fantastic host always available for help and gave great advise and recommendations. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this B&B.

Fabulous apartment , in a great location, couldn't believe how close we were to the Bridge of Sighs , literally 2 mins. Lovely clean apartment which was cleaned everyday and new towels daily. Lovely breakfast every morning , Juri ( The owner ) was lovely and welcoming and gave us lots of information about Venice . Would def recommend and hopefully return myself one day.

Would have been really lovely to have an iron available. Other then that perfect.

Everything is great! The location is absolutely fantastic. The room was cozy, clean, had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the design of the room and the bathroom. The breakfast is delicious, especially coffee! Juri is a great host - welcoming and attentive to details. He gave us great recommendations what to see and which restaurants to go to - all that we tried were great! And it’s fun to talk to a born Venetian! Also, the other staff (the lady helping with the breakfast) is very helpful and polite. When I come back - I will certainly stay here again. Thank you very much!
