My stay was very good it was clean, beds were comfortable,breakfast was good After traveling all day it was nice to relax in a clean room

The shampoo and body wash dispensers were watered down and the shower floor was very slippery My husband went down to inform staff about the shampoo bodywash situation he had not yet taken a shower Staff informed him that all the bottles had been stocked and ready to use He jumps in the shower and much to his suprise the shampoo bottle didn't work and the body wash was watered down Needless to say he was very upset

Receptionist was kind. Although the room was not prepared when we got there, she made sure we received a comparable room and also gave us late check out as a consolation. Much appreciated. The lobby area was comfortable.

The room we booked was not the room we received. While we were able to get a king size bed, the bathtub that we had deliberately chosen in our booking in order to bathe our child, was not included in the room we actually received. Additionally, we had to wait an hour to check in, even though we arrived around 7:00pm, which we had previously communicated.

The accommodating was great. We got in at 3am and were able to check into a room. The front desk even the security were very welcoming. Are bags were were picked up and delivered to room. I was even called a taxi to go to airport to retrieve a lost luggage. The next day we needed to check out late and we were accommodated again and joined as a membership. I needed a charger for my cell and I was directed by the front desk exactly where to go. This hotel and its staff were one of the best experiences I've ever had. Truly. Thank you.

Everything, nothing bad to comment or review. Holiday is always a warranty og great service and rooms. Comfortable and super big room. Great to return for a deserved rest after business meetings and flights. All staff exceeded expectations as well as the included breakfast. Live it and love it

Nothing, everything was great and super clean. Holiday inn is always a warranty of high quality and good maintainable of their buildings as well as rooms.

I really loved this hotel. The staff was very nice. My room was modern, spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was limited but delicious, specially the fresh squeezed orange juice! And the hotel is located near a wonderful shopping plaza that has a movie theater and lots of restaurants.

Nothing

Every time the AC turned on in the room there was a super loud sound like “a door being slammed” that would wake us all up. It felt like someone was kicking our door in. I told the front desk, they told me that they will tell the maintenance crew. That’s the only reason I gave a sad face on comfortability. Besides that everything was great.

We stayed for one night during a late flight. The room was clean, staff was friendly but the best are the bed and pillows... super comfortable. They have coffee and tea all day which is great for an early flight.

I was only there one night so can't comment on anything negative.

Clean secure

Check in was horrible. Trainee wasn’t sure what she was doing and her male partner was not willing to help her. Something was wrong with the credit card readers and agent kept wiping my NEW credit card like it was dirty. Someone needs to service and clean your credit card readers. He could have damaged my card while I’m away from home. Unacceptable.

Very nice location. Felt very safe, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I didn’t dislike anything about this property. I really enjoy staying at any Holiday Inn Express. Always my hotel of choice as they can always accommodate my family of 6 comfortably in 1 room for an affordable price.

Facilities

A/C is automatic so it constantly turns off, this is so uncomfortable as the room feels hot at certain times of the day even when AC is set to level 3 and lowest temperature
