Hampton Inn By Hilton Tijuana

The property was very clean and everything was in order. Customer service is the number one priority for all the staff. All the staff members were amazing. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. If you have to stay in Tijuana, make this your go to spot.

Key card would stop working from time to time. Could’ve been my wallet or the keycards.

I booked through booking.com. I booked for one night at $117 plus taxes. I was charged $4,000.00 pesos at the hotel which is around$200 based on current exchange rates. My credit card now has a pending charge for $196.80 for the room for one night. Someone has made a mistake. I would like this rectified. Since the beginning of the corvid pandemic I have stayed at the Hampton Tijuana multiple times and never have had this problem, as a matter of fact, I keep choosing your hotel due to the the high quality of service and accommodations. The property was just extremely clean , the rooms were perfect for my trip . The Reception staff just so helpful and over all the breakfast was great there staff serving us were just so amazing . The gentleman hugo I believe and all of them for this Sunday’s breakfast crew were just top of the line service

The location is a bit hard to get to being if your not from Tijuana . They should put up sings this way or something that can help us get there withou going in circles . The apps of maps will throw you of it will send it two directions and either one is confusing .

The hotel was cleaned, the staff go out of their way to assist you. Making sure that your happy and comfortable. They always greeted me and mine children. The breakfast was great. The staff brought our food to the table and came to checked on us. Room service was great the chicken soup with chili pepper on the side cilantro and onions. We were very pleased to have chosen this hotel. The children love the pool. The front desk staff always friendly with a smile. Never rude or disrespectful.

Hotel is located in a nice area. Rooms are nice as well. No nice view but the room was comfortable. Nice breakfast and service.

Beware of how much they charge you. Our price was $122 per night and since they charge you in pesos mxn they over charge you. They first charged us $158 and after speaking to a manager and confirming that our reservation was for $122 they said they would charge us the correct amount. We checked our bank account and they still over charged us at $135! I won’t be using my card again rather I will be paying in cash the exact amount.

The pool was very cold, they mentioned on their website that it was heated indoor pool and it seemed the three days that we were there it was always cold. I would recommend updating their website or making sure the pool Is running warm like they mentioned in their amenities.

It is convenient to the Tijuana airport where I had a 6am flight. Unfortunately the shuttle doesn’t start until 5am so had to call for Uber but that was quick and easy. The room was very nice, good size and clean. Great shower with plenty of hot water and nice towels. Couldn’t really tell if the restaurante was open open although we sat in the area and two people stopped by and said they would get someone to help us but no one ever showed up. There’s a Starbucks across the street and a couple of restaurant share the same block as the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I had a 4 night stay and it was amazing! Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly! The shuttle service they offer to take us to places near by was such a convenient amenity. Their breakfast was on another level! Their service during breakfast was so fast and food tasted delicious! Carlos was one of our servers and drivers and he was great! There is so many good things to say about this hotel. If you are looking for a place to stay this is the spot!

My first time I ate here was awesome, very clean atmosphere, kitchen staff are awesome! I left a good tip for them, they well deserve it. Thanks team

Staff member was chatting with another female worker, kept us waiting... then he kept asking non-sense questions like we were trying to steal breakfast... lol. We left across the street to get our breakfast.

I like that they have pretty much everything to make your stay comfortable and pleasant and the staff it’s always making sure that you feel comfortable and well served they make you feel special
