City Express Junior by Marriott Juarez Consulado

Breakfast was awesome! Homemade breakfast and coffee, very filling. The entire hotel is extremely clean and offers temperature check to enter and hand sanitizer all throughout the entire place. Nearby mall and variety of places to eat. There was always security around the area . Felt very safe! Conveniently located across the street from the consulate and medical clinics needed . Wifi worked well.

Room size was super small. No fridge or microwave. The air conditioner smelled terrible at times so we mostly kept it off. Front desk wasn’t welcoming.

Super close to mall,dinning areas and specialty the USA consult. Free breakfast that was delicious super nice day staff.

The only thing that I personally didn't like was swing reception staff. Day staff OMG they were always so nice great additude nice personality super helpful with every question my mom and dad had. But swing shift staff they were the opposite, bad additude they will be gossiping between them and will not pay attention to guests also lied about washing machine not working and a couple minutes later saw some one WASHING . ALSO IF YOU WANT TO WASH YOU NEED TO HAVE USA QUARTERS RECEPTION DOSE NOT HAVE OR GIVE AMERICAN CHANGE. EACH WASH IS ABOUT $6 OR $8 DOLLARS QUARTERS AND DRYER IS FREE.

The rooms are small but thats why its called Junior. The only thing I didnt like was the laundry service. I put my clothes in the dryer 2 times & it didn't dry. The lady at the front desk said I could only put 10 pieces of clothing so I did. when I told her it wasnt drying she said thats because you probably put more than 10 pieces of clothing.

Is very close to the imigration american consulate., and they have a lots of medical place to those do their immigration documests and their is a Mall and few places to eat you just walk thru

Their laundry room only has 1 machine to wash and 1 to drier they should update to litlle more, the pillow is not too good to sleep the bed is fine,

All staff are very friendly no one gives u bad attitude always very friendly. Free breakfast in the mornings they clean ur room every day and everything around is walking distance no need for car shuttle or Uber /taxi thank u so much.

Wi-Fi not very stable and slow at times room is small but what’s needed for only to sleep not bad.

Their COVID-19 response is great! 5 stars just for that. The staff was friendly and helpful! Nothing beats the Hispanic Hospitality. I left earlier then expected and the front office was very helpful in assisting with Cancellation and refunding. (Refunding through Booking.com but still they were very informative on how to do it) Location near the Consulate, Medical Examination and the CAS is excellent!

- The streets at night are very noisy. - Wall are very thing that I could hear others conversations. - Elevator was so-so small that only 2 people fit with 1 large luggage. - The Exit doors are inconveniently located just to circle back around.

The staff is wonderful. The kindest most helpful staff you can meet. So impressive. So close to the Consulate…very convenient. Very good , fresh complimentary breakfast daily.

One major thing I didn’t like and it’s a personal preference is the Bed was too hard. Did not sleep too well due to this issue.

I would 100% recommend City Junior Express. Everybody was very friendly and attentive. Super clean!! and I mean CLEAN!! Location was essential to us because of the closeness to the US Consulate, the Medical Center where my husband had to get hist tests done, and the Applicant Service Center (for the Biometrics). There's Starbucks right around the corner, as well as Las Misiones Shopping Mall.

At the time of our stay, the laundry service was down. That wasn't such a big deal because there are laundromats nearby, but it would've been nice to have it on-site.

The hotel is situated in the perfect location if visiting Ciudad Juárez for immigration purposes. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very polite. The breakfast offered was good and convenient. A room key is required to go up the elevator and there is a security guard outside the property all day, which both provide a sense of security.

Everything was clean, room, dinner room, etc. and for the price, the breakfast was good. I will recommend the hotel because the consulate is just by crossing the street and near to a lot of places to go by walking, if you don't mind about the space in the room, it's perfect.

The elevator was a nightmare, very small and just one was available in my whole staid and the waiting took a lot of minutes to get in on busy hours.
