Krystal Urban Ciudad Juarez by US Consulate

The room worked perfectly for us. The staff greeted us every time we ran into them and they would offer to clean our room every day (we opted out of room service 3 out of 4 nights). The front desk check in and checkbout process was easy and took less than 10 minutes total.

There was no good lighting near the mirrors in the room (this was only an inconvenience when my husband had to use the restroom when I was doing my make-up). The pool was a little dirty and overwhelming with bleach we only stayed for about 15 minutes

professional & friendly staff. the room is huge(!) and the bed is super comfortable. efficient aircon, wifi and shower. there are convenience stores within walking distance (Del Rio, S-Mart). there are many TV channels (movies, news, sports) and most of them are in English! special mention and Muchas Gracias to Luis & Luis at the restaurant por un excelente servicio! value for money. definitely recommended.

I really enjoyed all the staff being so friendly and helpful. We stayed there a full week and there was never any negative episode with any staff. I was impressed with the cleanliness. From the lobby, to the hallways and other walkways to the room itself. Next time I come back I will definitely stay there again.

Wifi on occasion would regularly disconnect.

Staff was extremely kind and accommodating when I didn’t have the exact funds for breakfast ! Everything was clean and there were way more perks than other places near by which were substantially more expensive. I felt very comfortable and safe as a female foreigner with horrible Spanish and traveling alone!

While it said the room had a view, the window was a small window which looked out to the hotel near it. I really looked forward to the view advertised and it’s something I specifically look for when booking a room.

The hotel is beautiful, wide and clean rooms, breakfast is pretty good and close to mall and US Consulate. Staff is great and always willing to help on any needs

The maid didn't clean the room, just picked some things. Definitely that need to be improved

The rooms were really clean, great location, great look of building

The pool had too much bleach or chlorine in it. Bad lighting in room, the air conditioner was a little hard to figure out but it worked out fine

the rooms are great, good size. The morning buffet is pretty decent, the overall staff was incredibly attentive

one day they forgot to clean our room and they showed up in the evening, so we just took the clean towels

lobby and breakfast area had little to no heat. did not expect to need a jacket plus 3 layers to eat breakfast. made food cold quick. mold in bathroom

The receptionist or booker clerk was very nice and helpful in fact went out of his way to be and make our stay our day and the experience more than ten or rate wise he in fact was our hero and he in our opinion deserves a raise he made our experience more like why leave to go back home i don't give express 10 anywhere and we sincerely say THANK YOU krystal urban's!!

Everything was great...

Complimentary breakfast is enormous and of good quality. Be sure to book at least 30 min to eat it all. Not so far from the airport (10-15 min). The food ordered to the room was good for a reasonable price.

Check whether you have amenities you need in your room (like fridge, microwave ets) prior to booking. If you go by car be aware of roadwork all around the place and plan your time and nerves.
