Hotel María Bonita Consulado Americano

The staff was great we lost our original reservation for a reason out of our control and they worked so hard to accommodate us even though the hotel was fully booked they upgraded our room to The Presidential suite!!! Front desk and management went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The rest of the staff were kind and serviceable. We are so thankful. They will have my business from now on. I Highly recommend it. The area is great with lots of things to do nearby.

I think the design of the hotel is beautiful.

I did not like that our key to the room was always deactivating. we would have to go back constantly to the lobby to reprogram it and that was very annoying. I also did not like the woman who checks if you have breakfast for your room. we were there for a week and she could never remember that we had breakfast for 2 with our room. She was always very aggressive and even when the gentleman had already checked our room for 2 breakfasts she would come and ask again. breakfast was ok not the best.

I love the Hotel, everything was very pretty my room was very clean I like that very much, I like that when I came back, I saw a little Christmas gift on my door and what I love most was the staff of the restaurant the waiters, very kind people they help us alot they make us feel welcomed.

What I don't like to much was the people from the reception in front, they were with a rude attitude they don't make us feel welcomed at all, I been in alot of hotels around the world and this never happend this was our first time 😞 what we think they need, is more training to know how to welcomed the guests with a better attitude and a smile. 😃

friendly and professional staff (speak Spanish & English); location is near to a very nice mall, a convenience store and restaurants - McD and Starbucks! very comfortable bed, efficient heater (both room & water), efficient wifi, got internet TV; a heated swimming pool with a jacuzzi!; there is a nice coffee maker in the room; a nice complementary mexican breakfast. muchas gracias!

Everything was good it's the 3rd time we travel to juarez and choose maria bonita swimming pool was warm and really nice to enjoy and clean very nice and professional service we always feel safe especially because all the bad news that TV and Facebook shares juarez been dangerous very close to stores restaurants and nice places to see

I just needed more blankets and breakfast time it's to early and ends so quickly

the breakfast was so-so, the pumpkins and the egg, they did not taste good, by the way the girl who serves the buffet, she is not very friendly, her attitude is very rude

the cleaning lady, on one occasion they came in and took the towels and did not clean, put up the do not disturb sign after one in the afternoon, and at about one thirty... they were knocking on my door, it was too late for they will try to clean the room

Breakfast (free) was fine; needed to refill trays more regularly and nothing left when we got there close to 9 and didnt bring out more food. Buffet in restaurant was delicious and very filling.

Didnt like the very uncomfortable pillows and bed was alright. Wish we could have had queen bed available without having to pay for Jr suite for 4-6 people (which I didnt get) but would have loved along with 2 love seats. Had to keep asking for washcloths.

The room was clean, comfortable beds, housekeeping checked us us daily. The breakfast was excellent and room service was quick with a full menu. Staff was very polite. Loved that the shower had nice water pressure and hot. I would recommend to stay here.

The staff are very nice people and the food at the restaurant was very good. Other than the things i have complained bout i still really like this hotel and will stay here again. I have never had any problems like this before.

The chain in the toilet tank was broken the air conditioner was super loud i had no view i got to look at the top of a roof when i opened the curtains my room is above the restaurant and bar so i smelled the food and heard the music very loudly until they decided to stop.

Staff was great, clean, good food, The lady that cleaned our room ,Nadia was very attentive and cordial without being intrusive. Met beautiful people that made me feel at home.

Prices for rooms through the hotel were high, since i Needed to extend my stay.
