Courtyard by Marriott Ciudad Juarez

The staff make the place feel like home. They smile at you, the service I received from Adolfo the driver, Adrian, Sanchez and the other bartenders and waiters was wonderful. I’d also like to praise the wonderful cleaning staff for their good attitude and service. One of the man offered me a bottle of water. The staff deserve praise and the place of course is beautiful and clean. the temperature and lighting is excellent.

There was nothing wrong with the property itself. The only thing was that during the weekends the service was better and of more quality than staying during the week. the gym is also very cold.

This location was probably the best hotel to stay at around the area. They are very attentive to your needs, super clean and just very professional. I recommend this place 100%

The only thing I didn’t like was that the prices for the food was extremely high to what’s around the area. I would suggest eating Lunch/ Dinner somewhere else

The water pressure fluctuated a lot on the 10th floor. There was multiple times I was taking a shower and the water would stop running for 30 seconds and then come back on super hot or freezing. They need to improve water pressure to the 10th floor.

The staff was very polite, nice and kind. They were always ready to help with anything. The rooms were always clean, the food was delicious, the wifi was good, sometimes in and out of service when it came to phone calls but other than that it was exceptional.

The wifi service needs to be better, because for phonecards the call sometimes would drop. But on my computer it was always working.

Staff was kind, personable, friendly; breakfast buffet was wonderful; shuttle to the airport was timely; located by a nice shopping mall; warm showers

The location was great for what I needed. It is very close to the US Consulate and a one-way transportation was provided by the hotel with no extra fees.

To be honest I didn't like the breakfast but the staff at the restaurant were really professional and friendly

it’s in a very good place, clean comfortable.

parking lot is so small for the size of the hotel. if you don’t come back early, you have to park your car outside. at the street!!! I also forgot a tie, and I know I left it there, and I called but the cleaning staff didn’t report it.

Unfortunately, we stayed at another hotel for a few days and due to having to extend our time in the area and the previous hotel not having availability, we booked a room with you. I wish we would have started at your hotel. The entire experience was by far, a much better place to stay. Thank you for the efforts your team makes from check-in and beyond check-out.

Breakfast was good, would’ve preferred self service and maybe more egg options, chilaquiles perhaps to make it fuller!!
