The location was amazing. The apartment was spacious and rooms were well equipped. There is a lovely balcony to sit and the traffic on the road is pretty less. The property also has a bose home speaker which we connected to our phones for music, cool stuff. While we didnt cook much, the kitchen is well equipped for a decent meal. There is a walmart green nearby from where groceries can be procured. Location is fairly central and safe.

Nothing actually. Its not about the property but about Mexico, if you cannot speak spanish its a major issue. Thankfully my daughter speaks and my cousins are mexicans so it wasnt a challenge. But language is a barrier so better pickup some spanish, its is a beautiful language anyways :)

Beautiful clean apartment that was well kitted out and very tastefully decorated. Good location, 2 mins from World Trade Centre. There is a Walmart Express 2 minutes away too that has a bakery, etc where we bought our produce. Our plane was delayed, but the local hosts were really good about it.

Would have been helpful to have a manual for washer/dryer as very fiddly - found video on YouTube. Only 2 toilet rolls, which seems stingy.

Awesome spot! Tons of places to grab a bite, whatever you're feeling. The area seems super chill and safe. Inside the apartment? Clean, cute and cozy.

The key setup isn't ideal: You can't open the doors from the inside without a key. A contactless entry update would be a major improvement.

The size of the room was nice. It was clean it had everything like the pictures . Location was safe and near store and food.

I suggest a guide in the room how to use washer , television, taking out trash, even how to make calls if out the country, food delivery in the area . Information about museum prices and if we need reservations. This will be very helpful

Location, friendly staff, great value, cleanliness

No parking, not enough hot water in the shower, no elevator, but again great value for the price, very reasonable for a short stay

Just everything was perfect about our two week stay here. Got to admit. My partner even said she’d miss the place before we left. It was an amazing stay. Many thanks to both Leticia and John. They were just incredible.

Absolutely nothing.

As soon as you walk in you might start to judge the place as the stairs do need attention in the visual aspect but this is one of those don't judge a book by it's cover. The place is quiet, clean and secure you definitely can relax while there. Breakfast was a nice treat, delicious and Leticia who is there if ever in need of anything is absolutely great, very welcoming, helpful and attentive.
