The room design was sleek, modern, and I had a great night's sleep. WiFi was decent. The location couldn't be better. Staff were efficient and attentive (kudos to Nancy at the check-in counter).
The parking situation is somewhat disorganized if you wish to park your car yourself. Also, the electric outlets in the lobby area were not functional, which made it impossible to charge my phone while I was waiting to check-in. Other than that, it's a nice hotel, in a great area of the city, and would definitely stay there again.

I liked that the h otel was very central and close to key neighbourhoods in CDMX. The building and furniture was ok, and comfy. The hotel had a gym and the staff was very friendly. For a moment they also offered some coffee in my floor in front of the elevators
I requested a room in the upper levels and this was not met by the property. The gym was well equiped but quite old. The macchines neded some maintenance or an update. No "heavy" weights were available.

I would highly recommend Fiesta Inn Insurgentes Viaducto Hotel. Great everything! Location, shopping, restaurants. The staff is very friendly and very clean. My husband and I keep going back to this hotel. Also, the views of the city are wonderful. GREAT place to stay!
