Hotel Bonn

Hotel is safe, clean and nicely decorated. Rooms are so good! We loved the room. It was spacious and colorful, had an iron and ironing table, total blackout for good sleep without light, AC which worked great, housekeeping cleaned every day and did it very well, everything was clean. Gym is smaller but nice and enough to keep in shape while on vacation, breakfast is very nice, different choices, clean and delicious, personal are very nice also. Hotel is located a bit further from centro historico but a quick bus or uber and you're there. Absolutely recommend! Thank you!

The location of the hotel (and my room) is on a busy street, but the traffic noise wasn't an issue for me. If you leave the hotel via the car park's back exit, the area is much nicer. My check-in was hassle free and i took the elevator to my third floor room. I was instantly delighted with it's lay-out, and also the size of my bed, the seperate shower and toilet. The sink was in the bedroom area, but for me being alone, it wasn't a issue. My television had Netflix, Internet, Youtube and the regular TV channels. The next morning i was pleasantly surprised with the breakfast at the small restaurant. There was a great choice of hot dishes, toast, juice, pastries and coffee. I originally booked the hotel for 4 nights, but i ended up spending 9 nights there. If i ever return to CDMX, i would definitely be re-booking this hotel again.

The rooms were very clean and modern and also very different between the rooms. If you have young children, you'll have fun explaining some of the furniture and instructions in the sex rooms. I had a good laugh when one of my light switches dimmed the lights, turned them purple, and lowered my blackout curtains. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, every single one! Breakfasts were very traditional Mexican food, which took a few days of adjustment for my stomach. The gym was great. I can't stress enough how kind and helpful every single employee we encountered was, from reception to housekeeping to the breakfast attendant to the bartenders, everyone was amazing!

Our shower flooded the room quite a lot, however had we complained, I'm confident they would have fixed it or switched it. The other room I had was perfect and I don't think they are the type of place to just leave things broken. Strangely enough, the coffee was generally cold at breakfast. I say strangely because everything else was hot and amazing and replenished often with fresh food. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room or an ice machine, but it wasn't promised or expected and room service was reasonable compared to most countries. The location wasn't particularly close to anything touristy, but it was quiet and < 10 min walk to the metro and about 25 to Parque Bosque de Chapultepec

Best deal in all of New Mexico. It's close to a mall. Close to medical laboratories. Its also close to restaurants and food stands. The staff is amazing. Absolute professionals. Especially the guy who runs the breakfast and bar downstairs. Super people working for this hotel.

Could use a laundry service. The closest laundry mat will steel your clothes and play dumb. (not a part of the hotel)

The room was clean, breakfast was nice and buffet with multiple options but mostly eggs. The cleaning service is really nice and they clean the rooms everyday. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the elevator worked during all my stay.

During the weekend there was an extremly load party IN the hotel, I could not sleep and last until 6 am. The reception staff is not very firendly but they do their job like checking you in/out no more than that

Breakfast was from 6am to noon. Awesome. Check out at 2pm. Great service with a smile.

One of the night hotel front desk staff did not speak any English. If neighbor had radio or talking you could hear it. For the price it was not a problem. So the reviews about soundproofing are bs. but still place has so much value for what you are paying for. Location is great.

I've already stayed here twice. The staff is really friendly, the persons in the room next door was making a lot of noise during the night, I called the reception and they immediately approached directly and the issue was solved. The cleaning service is amazing as well, the lady is very kind and helpful

Breakfast is nice but maybe some more options like empanadas or tacos de cochinita would be even better.

We asked about the possibility of late check out (5pm) directly on the booking site, the request was accepted so this was a big plus. The breakfast is very good and offers all you need to start the day strong. The location is very good and safe. Overall the best is the value/cost relation

At check-in our request for late check-out was denied, until we showed the messages through the booking site and after talking to the manager it was accepted, so the personal at front desk left a bad/burocratic impression. The beds are a bit to hard.

Rooms were really clean and modern with all features to keep travellers entertained, such as, working showers, working air conditioning and tv with Netflix etc. staff were really nice especially the cleaners.

Wish it was closer to the main tourist attractions, so had to catch uber

A nice modern, clean and randomly German themed hotel next to a busy motorway. You can also book rooms for six hours if you need a quick sleep or get lucky at night I guess. Buffet breakfast included. Room was excellent.

The hotel is next to a motorway and there is not much about. The gym is very small and basic. No staff speak English but you can get by with Google Translate.
