the misunderstanding between the renter - I was told the oven was working and we could use it. the whole purpose of me renting that place was the fact it had a full working kitchen so I could cook Christmas dinner. I ended up buying KFC because we were told we were not allowed to use the oven.

The location is good

Room was in a shared apartment and the walls were very thin so it was really noisy and didn’t feel very private. The kitchen was smelly and the internet didn’t really work at all. I arrived at the property very late from my flight and the manager of the property came into my room and demanded I paid for my stay there and then at 1.30am in the morning. The room wasn’t that clean and the facilities were very basic, the shower didn’t really work properly. If I was to book again I would definitely choose a different place.

I didn't like anything The apartment is very cold. We had to go earlier. The administrator has not wanted to refund my money. There were nights I didn't use. We arrived and it was dirty, the sheets had food stuck to them, they were sticky, the room plates too. Very dirty bathrooms. The whole apartment was deplorable. I asked for a heater and they didn't want to give us. The fans were full of dirt and at the time they were not used, they just gave a bad appearance. The treatment of the guards is very bad, they are arrogant and rude, even if you are very kind. I would definitely not EVER go back to this place where I had to run from despite paying. If you go with suitcases, forget that there is help to get them up. I have pictures of everything as I found it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT I already sent the pictures to booking.com Also towels were very messy as used before.

The pictures look promising, but the room we got assigned was nothing like the pictures, originally it was listed as having a balcony, but that wasn’t the case. the room was smaller and there was a person living inside.

I did not like the fact that there was a person living full time in the apartment, this same person came out with a portable credit card terminal to make the charge, it felt sketchy, not to mention that the security guards requested to keep our passports, the location was confusing to get to, the address was wrong. at first we were directed to a place across the street by the security guards, and then went back when I contacted the renter to ask for directions.
