Hotel Marti

The hotel is pretty nice in terms of architecture and facilities. They have embraced so seriously becoming eco-friendly by having water dispensers on every floor. Rather than putting water bottles, you got a crystal jar and a couple of glasses to have all-time access to water. In the bathroom, there are dispensers for shampoo and body lotion avoiding plastic waste. Nice and comfy bed. The staff is always friendly.

Parking is somehow tight but the staff is helpful and happily will assist you with parking. You have to give your car keys to the staff. No elevator, but I don't consider it necessary. If you got a chance to choose, select from the 1st or 2nd floor, since 3rd-floor rooms are not the nicest but still clean and OK.

Easy to reach from airport with taxi. 15mins walk from métro. Nice area. Nice layout of hôtel with rooms around réception in a triangular shape. Hot and cold drinking water on each floor so can make your drinks. Inside windows all overlooking the central triangle, so can be noisy.

My room very small, 9m² as described, with only an opaque window. Réception changes dollars at very low rate so I paid 42$ instead of 35$ for my room, as I arrived in the country at midnight and had no pesos. Staff nice, but I didn't get an english speaker

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and affordable. The location is pretty awesome.

There was a bit of confusion between us and the front desk on the night before check out. They called 3 times, knocked on our door twice, and demanded that we pay for the room (we paid everything when we checked in). It was eventually cleared up, but it was definitely odd.

It is relatively close to touristic areas. The metro is like 10 min away. The room was spacious and comfortable and has a safe. The staff was friendly. A big plus for us was that they have machines with drinking (room temperature, cold or hot water) on every floor so that we could fill in our bottles!!

The room was a bit noisy. It was not so bad that we couldn't sleep but if you have light sleep this is not ideal. The bathroom was a bit old (but clean).

This was a great value for what you pay.If you plan on working remotely, this hotel has one of the fastest WiFi I have seen traveling around Mexico. If I remembered it right, it was about 50MBPS which was great. The hotel location was also close to a lot of restaurants and walking distance to everywhere, though located in a more local area. I felt very safe and secure.

I didn't like was it can get loud sometimes in the morning but nothing too crazy. The room was a little smaller than what I expected but it was sufficient enough for me for a week stay. It was remodeled and clean. The bathroom was quite small but nothing i'm really worried about.

Good location, comfy room, good value for money, helpful and friendly staff. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The street was noisy and there was no A/C so you had to open the window to cool the room. There were long black hairs in the bathroom, one even came out the soap dispenser... These weren't huge issues and didn't overly impact our stay.

The location is perfect! walkable to mini marts, street food, coffee shops, laundry services, and near Parque Mexico and Condesa! The location is great! Cleaning staff very friendly and very trustworthy.

Well, the beds are really uncomfortable and my room was on the 3rd floor. No elevator. Difficult to carry your language via the staircase with no assistance from the staff.

Great Price-Quality ratio. Location is good and in a good neighbourhood not too far from the historical center or cool neighbourhoods of Condesa and Roma and close to Chapultepec. A bit further from airport and bus terminal but doable with UBER. Many great cafés and restaurants around the hotel. Very comfortable bed.

No aircon in the room just a machine to plug in. It only makes the air cooler but not warmer during the night. I went in August and nights were a bit chilly below 18*C. Shower isn’t properly separated so the whole floor in the bathroom gets wet but still a good deal and the toilet and all was very clean. No hairdryer but pretty good shampoo and soap are available. If you get a room with a window then it can get a bit noisy from the street. Still a very good deal though. Recommend it for the price.

The whole experience had the vibe of those old hotels that we would stay in when dad and mum brought us along for holidays. It was very nostalgic, we felt very well-treated as guests, the staff were always super polite. There was room service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus a little mini-bar at the lobby you could get beers and beverages from. The wifi was good, the location was close to all the coolest parts of Mexico, and we highly recommend hotel Marti.

Could we ask for more? Yes, maybe if they had a rooftop pool, we might've stayed for a month.

The staff were fantastic, if there was any issue they would resolve it straight away. The rooms would be turned over every day and it was in a great location. Don't get me wrong it's without all the bells and whistles however it's perfect if you just need to get your head down in a nice clean room.

Lighting in the room wasn't the best but carnt grumble for the price and location
