Orchid House Polanco

My stay was truly wonderful, the care and dedication they have for every little detail is gorgeous. The reception team gave me the greatest attention, from my arrival to my departure. I had the opportunity to try the food in the restaurant and without a doubt, enjoying breakfast in the room is very pleasant. I would love to come back with some friends on my next visit to the city. The contact with the orchids when I came in and the feeling of being immersed among so much natural beauty in an urban area is a relief and an embrace to the soul.

The Orchid House is a beautiful boutique hotel. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. We loved the patio outside as well. Breakfast was delicious! Located in the heart of Polanco's neighborhoods and restaurants, we were able to walk to everything.

The standard room did not give us much room for 2 people. We've stayed at other boutique hotels nearby and the rooms/suites were much bigger for the same price. However we would definitely stay here again but upgrade to a larger room/suite.

Location was great, walking distance to parks and popular destinations. We felt very safe in the hotel and loved the decor - it feels authentic and elegant. Complimentary breakfast is limited but you have other add on options if interested.

The room was small - great if traveling alone. If you want specs or details on the room you’re booking, call ahead as the staff is pretty responsive ahead of your stay but they do get booked up and can’t make any changes once you’re there. AC unit was pretty new but the temperature always felt the same, may be tough during hot months.

I loved where this hotel is located. Everything is on walking distance. The hotels restaurant is amazing, we tried their pizzas with a nice wine. Definitely you can't miss this on your next visit. And of course the room was amazing.

Honestly, no complaints about this place. I felt like very spoiled during my stay. The amenities in their rooms are delightful, I thought that was a nice detail to make my stay more cozy. Specially the chocolate pretzels.

Honestly, I have no complaints. There were no issues during my stay. I really recommend this hotel for anybody coming to Mexico City. It is a jewel in Polanco.

This is a lovely place to stay in Polanco! The staff was friendly and helpful and we appreciated the massage we were able to get in the room. The place itself is beautifully decorated and welcoming.

We stayed in a standard room and I have to say it is a lot smaller than expected and did not have drawers to store items and the hanging space was so short we couldn’t properly hang some of our items.

Great staff, stunning property and amazing location. Literally best breakfast I’ve ever had, dishes are pre-selected but absolutely delicious.

My shower wasn’t working properly nor the AC. These issues shouldn’t happen at this price point but in all fairness I only mentioned it to the staff at my checkout.

The staff went above and beyond to meet and exceed all of our needs. They were able to schedule on premise massages and a Covid test for our return trip. The breakfast was excellent. We especially loved the beautiful location so central to the park and many wonderful restaurants.

The room was quite small and the bathroom was oddly laid out. My partner is a tall person and had to duck each time he entered the bathroom.

Nice location, very up-scale neighbourhood and good to reach by taxi. It's also walking distance from Main Street in Polanco and the main restaurants/ shops. Feels very safe! Breakfast was good and staff was very helpful. Well furnished room with safe, mini bar, tv, etc.!

The room was quite small, so was the bed. Breakfast outside was a little cold in the mornings but thankfully, there were heaters :-)

This hotel is one of the best boutique hotels in Mexico City, beautiful and with the best service. It is located in the heart of Polanco, one of the best areas of the city, you have many restaurants and museums nearby.
