The room was as showed in the photos,and the area where the hotel is located is totally safe and easy to walk around neighbouring areas. The staff was friendly and available to help you in case you needed anything!

There was a lot of light in the room which was perfect during the day, but could easily wake you up at early morning hours! Unfortunately,given that my room was at the first floor, there was a lot of noise from the upper floors but this was basically due to other residents who simply did not respect others, especially during nights. Yet, the hotel staff was more than willing to intervene and resolve effectively such issue,the moment I decided to inform them about it.

Hi! The hotel is located very close to Polanco area that is a great location to walk and visit restaurants. I booked standard suite: it was very spacious, huge windows, small kichinette and nice sofa area, table to eat and work. There is small wardrobe also where you can put your cloth. The room was huge and very clean, full of light. Staff at the reception was very helpful and nice. There are several washing machines in the hotel where you can wash your cloth by yourself.

Everything was nice. There is no iron in the room, but there are several ironing rooms in the hotel where you can get it. Just ask at the reception, they will help you.

Location was great and the room is very large. Loads of closet space and hot water for showers. The AC works great and kept us very comfortable. Upon arrival, our front desk caballero :-) was very friendly and assisted us with our bags and restaurant suggestions. They also had beer and water in the fridge for us (nice touch)! The Patio is large and provides beautiful views of the city.

The bed is VERY hard and shorter than an average king bed. (We didn't measure it but my husbands feet hung off...he is 6'1") The toilet area is open at the top, not providing the privacy that we may have preferred. LIGHTS ON THE BALCONY DON'T TURN OFF AT NIGHT. Our bed was set very close to the balcony and although there are black-out curtains, they are in 3 separate pieces. Between each one is a bright light coming through. One is directly at head level.

This was an excellent property with nice comfy beds and terrific views. Its located on a main road (Mariano Escobedo). There are cute boutique restaurants within a short walking distance including an awesome bakery, several coffee shops, restaurants etc. Its walking distance to parks and to several museums and to the Chapultepec castle. The area is very safe. Not to miss: awesome fresh juice street vendor right down the road, at the corner; Otro Cafe - coffee shop; El Morro - Churreria. Plus Avenida Presidenta Masaryk had a bunch of restaurants and shops. Very pleasant walk! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Public transport is easily accessible with the Metro bus stop within 50 metres of the apartment. Car rides via Uber to Centro varied but averaged around 100 pesos and around 25 mins Uber to Airport was 160 -180 pesos and was around 30 mins-40 mins. Several malls present within a decent location. House service - exceptional housekeeping ladies - always pleasant and smiling; cleaning service was present daily! Reception and security personnel were very polite and courteous.

The property is located on a busy road - road noise is audible especially the early morning honking but I would still return back here.

The room design and furniture was modern and cool, The room was very clean and everything worked as expected. Location of the building is excellent, walking distance from Chapeltupec park and calle Masaryk in Polanco, really nice and convinient. Alan the property manager was responsive, I had a couple of questions about the property and the nearby locations and Alan was always answers within a few minutes.

There were some sharp steps in the room, I hit my leg while walking at night because I did not see the step between the kitchen and the sleeping bed. my mother also almost fell down while walking from the dressing room to the kitchen because she did not see the step from the dressing room. instead of sharp steps I suggest to use a sloping step to avoid such small safety accidents.

Rooms are big, modern, very clean, the staff is great, Edmundo and Alan are there to help and provide any support needed (from insomnia to laundry or touristic advice), the position in Polanco is 20 minutes uber/taxi to historic centre or Condesa, Coyoacan. 5 minutes walk you have a pharmacy, 7 Eleven, la vina typical resto, churros and Banks. Park, museum and castle are also walking distance.

For light sleepers better the rooms on the back as more silent.

squeaky clean, modern and spacious. breathtaking rooftop. the room we stayed in had a kitchenette stocked with utensils we needed + fridge. It felt like a home away from home. ultra luxe with excellent value! friendly staff and property manager Alan Martell really took care of us! can’t wait to go back.

very minor issue but couldn’t get a hold of cleaning staff when we needed toilet paper 🙈

The suite was beautiful, stunning view of Mexico City and surrounds, comfortable bed. Good wifi in the room.

When we checked into our room we were told there were welcome drinks inside our fridge. The welcome drinks consisted of one small beer. I read other reviews that said there was a fully stocked mini bar fridge. When we enquired with reception about this we were told the welcome drinks were one beer. Not even water.

Once we were in the room we had paid for, a suite, the property was beautiful, well-located, and everything we were expecting.

The fact that Booking did not update our reservation and we were assigned a small room with no windows where we spent three unpleasant nights.

The man at the reception desk was very polite and helpful. The security is also very good. I stayed in a room without a window. The room was stylish and I didn't mind, I was very satisfied. Shampoo and conditioner are available. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure and temperature were fine.

The wall is thin.
