Incredible location! Seriously could not ask for a better location in Mexico City. Polanco is a beautiful neighborhood with Michelin worthy restaurants and bars within a stones throw. We loved exploring the area on foot and the easy access to the rest of Mexico City. The lobby and restaurant are both modern and clean. We only ate at the restaurant once but had a wonderful experience.

Our room (we stayed in an upgraded room with a balcony) was very small and very dark. The balcony had a see through metal grate floor over the parking garage so the "view" was of the driveway to the parking garage and the security guard. Therefore the only window we had was very exposed. The room itself was nice and clean but the lack of sunlight was a big negative for me. The mattress was also incredibly firm which is not our preference, so we woke up every morning with achy backs and necks.

We loved almost everything about this hotel - it was central to so many wonderful restaurants including being next door to SAKS which had excellent food and great live entertainment on the large patio. It had a lift to get me in and out from the street (I'm in a wheelchair); the food and drinks were extraordinary (loved the outdoor patio for drinks); the staff was so friendly, professional, and helpful; the neighborhood was beautiful and seemed very safe; it was also very near Chapultapec Park, many museums and lots of shopping. The hotel had access to a private cab driver.

It was near lots of shopping! Just kidding! The room, though well laid out, and with a balcony, was just a little small. You could also hear the music from SAKS but it wasn't overbearing.

Our entire experience at The Wild Oscar was wonderful. All staff were polite and friendly, Carlos and Jesus on the front desk were very kind and happy to help at any point. The neighbourhood was extremely safe and quiet which was good for us. The room was spacious, very clean and beautifully appointed. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a boutique experience in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Would not look elsewhere on future visits to CDMX.

Great place, centrally located with wonderful, helpful staff. I really enjoyed the option for co-working space as well as the gym, which was top-notch....small but had everything I needed.

It was a bit expensive but I guess you get what you pay for. I also had some issues getting my credit card to work and it turned out it was their terminal which caused the issue but this was quickly resolved by using another.

The Wild Oscar is a beautiful hotel in a great part of Mexico City, the staff were lovely and the breakfast is one of the best we’ve ever had.

In order to be excellent they just need to make things a slight bit better. For instance there is a roof terrace bar which was closed early (5pm) every day supposedly due to rain - which never actually occurred. This made one of the main attractions totally redundant which you don’t expect from a top hotel. On top of this the mode of communication to order drinks was down and you got the feeling the staff just didn’t want to have it open. Additionally the bathroom towels were quite old and hard - just small things that could easily be better.

The hotel is amazing and so is the staff. It's a cozy boutique hotel in Polanco. The staff was super helpful and helped us book a tour to Teotihuacan, helped us shipped things and was super friendly allround. The breakfast room is cozy and the chef is very good and friendly as well.

The hotel was all we wanted but if we really have to say something: The hotel is located in Polanco which is a very beautiful neighbourhood, walking distance from the park and Museo de Antropologia. However, Roma Norte and Condesa were the neighbourhoods had most of our appointments with friends and had dinner etc. And that's always a 20 minute taxi drive away.

its very cozy, stylish and warm place - has a nice concept idea behind and everything revolves around that concept and name - very nice rooms - good wifi - nice roof top to chill - even couple of working rooms you can use for business meetings ! several zones beside the roof top to sit outdoors

like in many boutique hotels in CDMX - there is little attention to Food - it seems to be ok but not Great and i would advice to pay more attention to that - the alcohol menu is very nice and creative and I enjoyed every entry on it - yet the food is rather to be pushed such a boutique hotel could have a u unique fragrance to enhance the experience and make it more holistic / i was lacking that . Rooms are nice with some well thought details - but the water bottles were rather average - for such an experience i would advice to pick more Glass bottles and equip fridge with more upscaled brands

- The staff was so so wonderful, friendly, and attentive. - The cafe has incredible food (breakfast, lunch, drinks) and the chef and manager of the cafe take such pride in their craft. They made our experience so special and taught us about different types of Mezcal! - The room was beautiful and so impeccably designed. The showers are absolutely amazing - The location is on a quiet street in the heart of Polanco. It is walking distance to some of the best restaurants (Pujol, Quintonil) but also to places for your everyday needs (grocery stores, etc) - The hotel has the most charming rooftop where I spent most mornings. Absolutely idyllic I will definitely stay again on my next trip to CDMX!

The boutique hotel is chic and discreet, with an elegant contemporary decoration. Located in one of the best areas of Polanco, one minute away is Presidente Masaryk, one of the most luxurious avenues in Mexico with many restaurants, bars and shops, but you can also walk from the hotel to other places such as museums, shopping centers, cinemas, supermarkets, taquerias (inexpensive local restaurants). The breakfast and the food at the hotel is also really nice, they have a cozy rooftop with a nice view and they can lend bikes to ride around if you don't want to walk.

I can't say much that I don't appreciate. Probably, regular coffee is not good but you can order espresso or cappuccino and I missed a makeup mirror in the room.

The breakfast was fantastic. The service at breakfast was great. I was upgraded the master suite which was lovely. The room was really spacious and the extra living room was nice although I didn't use it a lot. The staff was very helpful and I felt extremely safe. I even snuck away to the rooftop in the middle of the afternoon and someone came to ask if I would like a drink or some food. They were very attentive. They even provided arrival snacks in my suite. They were helpful with laundry service and providing recommendations on outside dining.
