W Mexico City

This is probably the best hotel in Mexico City. Why? the helpfulness, professionalism and friendliness of the staff is outstanding. The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Polanco. the rooms are great. Big, comfortable and contemporary.

Nothing I did not like. one improvement would be to have a swimming pool.

The location was great and all of the food was over the top delicious. Overall it was a smooth stay and I would return.

The overall service was below par from the Intercontinental, which is where I always stay (I go once a month). The 1st floor restaurant took so long to great me at the table, that I ended up going to the lobby for dinner on the first night. I used the concierge to make reservations and while they did help us make reservations (thank you for that), no one called us back to confirm. It’s as if your service is “almost great,” but doesn’t get there. The bathtub was patched with yellow glue, and I was asked to pay to upgrade to that room.

A very well done, very comfortable hotel! Easy to do, easy to handle, incredible people and service, plus the location is out of this world … in the best part of CDMX; Polanco, Lincoln Park and Masaryk Avenue. My room was just amazing: Ultra full Mini-Bar, closet, sound system, very fast wi-fi, one-touch air conditioning, size, sink and WC just great, the view … wow.

Very convenient safe location. Lovely staff. Nice quality bathroom products. Great airport pick up and drop off service. Coffee machine. Comfortable bed.

Free bottled water would be very much appreciated. Missing towels and coffee etc that had to request from housekeeping after room serviced.

The location is perfect, in the chicest neighborhood of CDMX. The staff is over the top helpful and was able to make our stay memorable with plenty of recommendations and bookings and birthday surprises and much more.

Some important amenities inside the room were not available I.e hit water kettle, slippers. But it’s no big deal :)

The location is awesome — greens and parks are nearby. The most of the staff are very pleasant and complaisant. In general, they could make a mistake but they fix it lighting fast and do some bonuses as an excuse. The food in the restaurant was jaw-dropping delicious and chief Hose was professionally admirable.

I were just curious why in such a hotel I saw a pretty bed repairing work such a poorly painted walls in the toilet or other small things (we’ve stayed in Fantastic suite). Plus at the last day we’ve asked 3 times to bring some still water to our room but haven’t received it. That was strange.

I forgot my passport and documents in the safety box upon my check out. It was found by the room maid and was kept for me by the staff to be picked up next day, including money. Speaks volumes of the employees, staff and management.

The modern design of the interior and furniture. The warm welcome at the check in as well the efficiency of the check out process . The dining experience the restaurant was good. The spa staff are professional .Overall result is good experience :-)

There is only 1 restaurant also there was no skyview terrace on such that skyscraper .

Awesome hotel, great art, excellent location in Polanco, delicious breakfast, very nice staff

the only thing I did not like is the room did not have a blackout drape, there was still light coming through the room in the morning
