The view was fantastic! The food was delicious and the servers were awesome. Also loved the extra amenities in our room such as an umbrella, housecoat, and house shoes. Most importantly, we we received free breakfast and dinner everyday since the Executive Lounge we had paid for was closed for remodeling.
I paid for the Executive Lounge however it was closed for renovations when we arrived. Also, the first concierge we experienced was aloof and short with me and my wife. On day four there was a different concierge who gave us great recommendations , travel options, and a map of the area! Unfortunately, we encountered him the day before were leaving.

The heated pool and the pool area on the seventh floor were spectacular and were perfect for a spring break with kids in CDMX. The staff was very attentive and the little snacks in the pool area were perfect for travel with kids. Definitely recommend!

One is the best hotels i have stayed at. The hotel is located in the nicest area of Mexico City. It was nice to be able to walk on the streets at any hour of the day or might and feel safe because they have police guards almost at every other corner. The room was clean and very comfortable, the views were incredible. The customer service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The pool is great and it’s located on a roof top so it’s very enjoyable.
They only gave me points for one night, but it’s not a big deal, i traveled with my mom so our stay was amazing.

I didn't like paying for my refill of black coffee. That seemed a little cheap. I did enjoy swimming in the heated pool, just wondered if there should be a life guard?

The hotel was inviting and warm. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby bar was a great way to start or end the day. Great location, accessible to everything. Can't wait to go back!

Staff was always so helpful and friendly. Food was excellent. Breakfast had lots of options and there was always attention to detail. Would highly recommend staying here for a large group!
