The staff was excellent, the fan was strong and the location is perfect.

The pillows were very uncomfortable

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a few blocks from Zocalo. The room was big and cleaned every day. It had a nice bed, which was slightly firm, but not uncomfortable. The wifi worked really well and the room came with cable tv. The hotel is very secure with the gates locked at night. Shower was decent and had hot water. I would stay here again purely for the location. The staff members that I dealt with were polite and helpful.

Due to the design of the hotel it could be a little noisy with sound travelling across the courtyard. The close proximity to bar(s) meant that on the Fri and Sat there was little chance of sleep until after 2am.

I arrived from a long trip at night, and the staff was really friendly to us when we arrived. The bedroom was on the ground floor, so it was no problem with the suitcases. There is a beautiful bugambilia tree, and luckily we could watch a colibri in the morning. The bed sheets and towels smelled really nice thanks to their laundry soap.

The facilities are old and they could be renovated - the bathroom needs to be painted and cleaning at tricky corners. The bed and pillow could be more comfortable. I don't know if there was a strong diesel smell due to the hotel or from something outside, but it was not comfortable at night to fall asleep.

The hotel is very well placed in the city center, lots fo restaurants and bars nearby. Overall it was clean and the people working there were friendly and helpful.

There is no parking lot, and trying to find available space in the street is a bit of a hassle. My room had just a small window. The water pressure in the shower, sink and toilet was terrible.

super great location! close to the zócalo, the markets, the museum, cathedral, churches, and atms all around! great price for what you! and the beds were comfortable and showers hot!

the parking situation was terrible, but that’s big city normal! if your neighbors are Lois, it will be loud…lol

Beautiful courtyard with cafe to enjoy very good comida. Great coffee too. Roberto was lovely to deal with and also waiter in the cafe spoke English well.

Bathroom was very small and the room was not as pictured but still there was a nice feel to the place. If guests are to receive a free breakfast, it would be helpful to get a coupon for this upon check in.

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel, everything was close enough and there were a lot of policemen, which made me feel more secure. I also really liked the friendliness of all the staff. I would go back!

We had booked a room with a complementary breakfast because of the reviews we read, however what was included was only fruit and coffee; this wasn't what had been described. Also, the bathroom wasn't the newest nor the biggest. It was always very clean, but it would be nice if they were renewed.

This place is just so efficient and yet relaxed 'muy tranquillo'. It felt like I was staying in a friend's very grand house. Uriel, Fanny and their team are amazing. The setting is stunning, all of the rooms are placed arojnd two inner courtyards. People are free to relax, dine, drink. It is such a convivial atmosphere. All of this less than 5 minutes from the centre of the old town and a short taxi ride from the bus station.

The dining hall is spacious and relaxing.

Room (#7) has almost no signal for either Telcel or Wifi. Unless you stick your phone on the door. But nowadays, in this world, I'm not very sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing. If you are lucky enough to be here, just try to enjoy the solo time without a phone.

really good Central location, the free breakfast was great - fruit and eggs or hotcakes. there is a lovely courtyard area to sit and also lunch and dinner available. the staff were helpful and arranged a taxi for us to the bus station
