Location was perfect. Right on the beach with a beach club a short walk from the rooms. A short drive through the jungle to reach the hotel. Very secluded and private yet 5 mins from town. Quiet and peaceful. The beach club did not have a lot of visitors. Small cenote on the grounds as well. Restaurant in the beach club but with so much in town to try we never ate there. Rooms are very large.

The rooms aren't perfect. Seems as if remodeling was started but not completed or done poorly. Bathroom looked freshly painted but the ceiling paint was peeling. Also missing some tiles in the bathroom window but the grout looked new and clean. For the location and price we didn't mind and would stay again. Pool was a little dirty and the outside bathroom/shower area was not kept clean. Honestly think very few staff and just no one to maintain this area.

Location was beautiful and convenient to Tulum. The caleta was wonderful and safer from waves with no seaweed! The beach and Cafe was lovely, lots of chairs, full sun, umbrellas, sun shaded chairs, day beds and hammocks in palm tree shade. The grounds are very clean. The cenote on site is nice. I found the hot tub on the last day but it wasn't warm-it should be pointed out to guests upon arrival! The resident cat, the capy baras, lemurs, various birds, and all the iguanas were very entertaining!

The kitchenette was not so kitchen-y. No microwave or coffee maker. One whole day without electricity/AC was very difficult because we needed to attend a wedding rehearsal dinner without being able to comfortably shower/fix hair/makeup with my 77 year old mother. I didn't like the ants that bit me all night. Thankfully they didn't bite my mother! The Cafe stopped serving at 5pm which is a little early-I think because of Covid restrictions. The pool was cloudy and became progressively worse throughout the week which was disappointing for my mother who was too nervous to brave even the caleta by herself.

The location is amazing if you like a quiet place. It has stunning views of the ocean from the rooms, and the cenote is so clean and peaceful that you wont want to leave. The rooms are very big and spacious. We enjoyed walking around the hotel and the open spaces.

The shower had not much power. The running water was not enough sometimes. Also, we did not have hot water two mornings. Although they say that there is WIFI in the rooms, we never had it. We complained but they could not fix it.

Every room has an ocean view!! It’s so beautiful sunrises on the side the rooms face. The staff was incredible, Juan is so sweet so on top of everything all the staff. The cenotes on property was an extra cherry on top, so cute so perfect. Dinning was great! Breakfast was delicious order the chilaquiles they were delicious.

Our suite had a lot of lizard poop everywhere, I think because our third floor suite wasn’t entirely sealed. Not a big deal though it was like camping out by the ocean. The shower was a little stinky every time you use it i think because the windows wouldn’t open in there also not a big deal. The worst was the neighbors! The second floor neighbors were a crowd there to party all night. And since our room didn’t have AC (which we new before booking and were okay with) we had to keep windows open for the fresh breeze and the neighbors blasted music until 4 am! It was miserable!!! The hotel should enforce a quit hours policy something reasonable like atleast no noise by 1am. I was exhausted from no sleep. But like i said the view and the ocean was amazing.

The view was beautiful specially at night! The cenote was great too, we had an amazing time walking around cantaleta.

Don’t want to be rude nor negative just expressing my humbled opinion. The bed smelled like a drunk person had already slept on it. One of the shower wall was really dirty with a green chemical or mold, the second day they went to clean the room and they only made the bed with the same sheets. No new clean shower towels. They needed to clean more the beach lots of plastics items. I’m not complaining I think they can work on

The location is amazing, right in front of the sea. The Cenote is mind blowing. My 5 year old loved it. Very old style hotel. Really liked it. Rooms are huge. The bathroom was huge too.

Some enforcement on the no sunscreen allowed when entering the Cenote would be good to have. The pool needs some maintenance. More water for drinking would be nice instead of 2 small bottles for the 1st night.

Located directly on the beach. Large room. very comfortable beds and good shower. Small, open cenote on site was fun. Nice pool, hammocks, beach chairs and beach towels. We arrived ater after hours and a person was there to meet us and show us to our room. We were allowed to do our check in the following morning. If you come to the hotel, or travel anywhere around Tulum, be aware that the taxis have established “set” prices that are extortionate. However, colectivo vans are available for a lot, lot less (500 pesos for a cab vs 25 pesos for colectivo).

Although operated separately from the hotel, the attached beach club was the only option within walking distance for light meals and beverages. The prices charged were absolutely outrageous! Almost $30 for four very small Americanos (think small teacup). The hotel provides a refrigerator but no glasses or basic dishes, this means you have to go into town to eat or be ripped off by the adjacent beach club.

It's a wonderful secluded place to stay. we loved the beach and the private cenote. Great place to get away from the busyness of downtown.

Mattress was very firm and uncomfortable. There was also no paved path from the main entrance to the rooms, so you had to carry your suitcase through the sand.

Everything! Rooms were very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the beach is beautiful and clean. The cenote is also amazing.

The pool was the only thing I believe needs improvement. It was not well kept. However, with that beach and the Caleta, the pool is really not needed.
