Spacious rooms, very nice roof to relax w a pool, close to tulum ruins and 3 beaches. One of the best restaurants in Tulum (Chalulu café, 5 google stars out of 30+ reviews) with a walking distance 2 min). If you can - reserve a room with a hommock. One of the best stays and definitely the best place in our month Yucatan tour... And you have to spend sunsets on the roof - they are so beautiful (notmaly peoole have to go to Tulum tower nearby and they do not have a pool as an observation point).

3 km from the city so you can either use a colectivo (25 per person in 2022) or a taxi (200-300, which is a bit pricey). If y ou plan to stay close to ruins and beaches (walking distance) or plan a trip to Cobá during the daytime I highly recommend this price. The hotel is still befor its full opening but it is not problem if you have Chalulu cave nearby...)

I loved this hotel, incredible quality for this price. It's 15-20 min to the public beaches (Santa Fe, Paraiso) through the jungle forest by walk, which is seriously a great advantage in Tulum. Clean and new, you have a very nice jungle view from the room and you can enjoy birds songs in the morning. Rooms are also very big There is a shop across the road if you need to buy something, also there are several cafes just next to the hotel where you can have breakfast or lunch, they are inexpensive and super good. You can buy tours all around the hotel Personnel is very nice

Breakfast can be improved at the hotel as there was no coffee and I cannot imagine my morning without it. (but you can go to the cafes next to it) Also rooms are not soundproof so if someone watches TV next to you til night, you will hear it 100% It is far away from the centre, so you will have to take a bike or a taxi to get there

great location!! across from the ruins and beach! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. super clean hotel with a rooftop pool with view of the ruins!! convenient bike rentals available on site. excellent wifi and cleaning staff always left drinking water bottles at no charge to me!!

I don’t believe there was anything that I didn’t like. if I can rate them more than 5 stars I would give them 1 million stars and I will definitely stay there again on any future trips to Tulum!!

location to the ruins is amazing. little Chalulah Cafe, two minutes walk from the hotel, made one of the best ceviches I ever had.hotel is new and clean.

VERY weak Wi-Fi for such a modern place. I’ve been in Mexico for three months and have experienced all the wi-Fi excuses. this place is a 3 out of ten on the wi-fi scale. it got to the point that I used my 500mb 4G roaming data allowance instead. And this was considerably faster than their wi-fi. also, the power went on and off several times, leaving me to wake up with no ac and a weirdly humid room.

The hotel is all right and new, but we always had a feeling that it is still under construction. The room was large, full of light and clean, the bed was top, the hammock in the room was really cool. The swimming pool on the roof is a great idea. The cafe nearby offers very good meals for breakfast and dinner. In general, the place is nice. The beach is good, but it is in 25-30 minutes of the fast walk. It was not a problem for us, but maybe for some people it is important to know.

Obviously several things. 1) There was no potable water even in the lobby, so when we needed water after the buffet was closed we had to go outside to the shop in the night. 2) The sound isolation would be good to improve, as people laughing in the lobby were able to wake us up at the first floor. 3) The shower was good, but after the shower we always had a flood in the bathroom, as the cabin door could not be closed; 4) The conditioner worked well but was very loud; 5) there was some problem with towels, as they were regularly removed but not exchanged.

Location, location, location! We walked to the Tulum ruins from our hotel (saved 100 pesos for parking at the ruins), and it was also a very short drive to the Gran Cenote. We were so glad we stayed here instead of downtown Tulum. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant next to the hotel La Taqueria Don Beto serves very good Yucatán dishes. We ordered seafood soup and also Mondongo (similar to menudo) and both were delicious. If you are planning on visiting the Tulum ruins and going to a cenote (we highly recommend the Gran Cenote), stay here instead of downtown Tulum. You would not be disappointed.

Shower door doesn't close all the way, so we had to turn the shower head toward the wall so water doesn't splash everywhere. A minor issue.

This is a brand new hotel, in fact still under construction but fully operational (August 2022). The rooms are very large. They have a large bed, a balcony and a hammock. There is private parking on site. It is located right in front of the ruins of Tulum. It is also a good starting point for walking to the beach. (don't take your car for going to the beach as there is almost no parking space there)

Bike rental is quite expensive. There is a construction defect in the shower cabin: the door cannot be closed correctly and in any case it is absolutely not waterproof. The shower head sends water in all directions. The result is that it is impossible to take a shower without completely flooding the bathroom (and even a part of the bedroom). If this is not corrected, the hotel will fall apart quickly.

The hotel was quite modern as was the room we stayed in, it was well isolated and very spacious. Best sleep we got in our Mexico trip without having to worry about geckos. The shower was great in pressure and the water was at good temperature for long periods of time. Perfect hotel for short or long stays would come back here. USB outlets was a plus. They also left bottled water for us when we arrived. During the day you can catch the colectivos just outside the hotel. The staff was friendly.

Not many services close by besides the ruins. It gets very dark at night to walk so expect to use either your own vehicle or pay for a taxi. The bar did not have staff most of the times.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The location, near the ruins, is great. Restaurants nearby arae very good too. The hotel is beautiful, and the room has a lot of space. The hammock and the balcony are great!

The AC was very loud and did not keep the temperature stable (maybe I did not configure it correctly). Unfortunately there was a lot of noise during the nights I was there - I could here people screaming in the entrance and in the other rooms.

The morning staff was awesome and there was nothing they wouldn’t do did you

One of customer service staff, young guy not the one who has nose surgery.it was another one I came down and ask to have my bottle filled with ice. And he said no the morning staff needed it. Since your hotel doesn’t have a ice machine for guests. The least you can do is supply guests with ice when asked.
