Clean suits equipped nicely. Superior location (location is just nearby of Grote Markt and 3-5 minutes walk to Haarlem Philharmonie), very friendly and helpful staff. Bar is included in room rate which is nice benefit.

Due to very central location it was extremely loudly all the night. We literally were not able to sleep until 5 a.m. because some drunk people screamed heart-rendingly right under our windows without pause. It was like torture really. So, just be aware this place is not for you if you would prefer to rest properly at night.

The Brass Hotel Suites is located right in the center and near a lot of restaurants. It's a great suite with all the facilities you need. The private terrace is basic but perfect for our needs. We're still amazed the bar and the snacks were all complimentary. What a service! Overall the room was clean and had a wonderful design.

Even though there is an elevator, our room (Roodbaars) required to go down the stairs a bit after taking the ride with the elevator. The staff was helpful with this though with our luggage and we would definitely visit it again despite the stairs.

absolutely everything!!!! We have been travelling around Europe for the last nine weeks and this is the best hotel we have stayed in! Lovely reception staff, extremely helpful and welcoming. Really spacious rooms, high ceilings, and great location. The beds are extremely comfortable and the hotel is quiet, even though it is full! I wish we had known about this hotel in Haarlem, we stayed four nights in Amsterdam before staying here…….if I had my time over again I would have skipped the stay in Amsterdam and stayed here longer.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the center of Haarlem. There is tea and a coffee machine in the room. There was wine, water, juice and soft drinks in the fridge for our use and included in the room price. Everything was super clean and we had a nice view of the church. At the reception there is another coffee machine for cappuccino and latte macchiato which is free to use for the guests. Everybody was very nice and welcoming. We liked it very much.

The location was incredible. 10 minute walk to the train station to catch the train to Amsterdam. 9 minute walk to a solid bike rental. Breakfast and restaurant options are within minutes of the hotel - there were multiple breakfast and dinner / lunch options right next to the hotel itself. The mini bar is included, and we received daily snacks and water from the hotel, too.

While there is an elevator in the hotel, it was a little scary to use.

Stylish rooms, comfy bed, steamroom experience was amazing after long walks across the city. Free wine, other drinks and snacks which may feel you ver welcomed. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location, in the heart of everything and near the canal. Definitely recommended, especially for romantic stays.

During night there was a noise from the dancebar across the street that was waking me up at night. But at the checkout the hotel employees were so kind to give me a present for the inconveniences. Thanks

Amazing location close to the canal, shopping, restaurants, the square etc. Beautiful, spacious, clean suite with lovely attention to detail. Friendly and helpful staff were there for a smooth check in, help with luggage, parking and answering any questions. Thanks so much and we'll definitely be back!!

The hotel is located in a extremely convenient location. I arrived earlier than expected and would be desperate to check in a bit earlier. The staff is very nice to offer me the room right away and I could get a bit rest before enjoying the days at Amsterdam. They also offered recommendation and map and everything you need without ask.

The stair is quite uncomfortable and the elevator is so slowwww....

Great location. Heart of beautiful old city. Very welcoming. Excellent complimentary snacks and beverages. Large well appointed rooms, comfortable beds.

Not in optimal repair, features like lighting tricky and not well explained. AC just okay. Very small elevator and steep stairs. Understandable in this beautiful historic building but be careful if you have mobility issues. Parking easy but 200 meters from hotel and no simple way to drive up and unload.

Incredible staying! We were greatly surprised with a room upgrade when arriving and the room was fantastic! Great services and the personnel were really welcoming. Amsterdam is not far, only 15 minutes by train, and the hotel is well-located in Haarlem, close to fantastic restaurants. I will definetely come back
