Pupuke Manor Motel

Renovated and clean. Friendly staff. Grocery store across the street. Kitchenettes Family room was spacious and had a large window and an outdoor balcony/patio.

Studio room was very tiny with no storage,closet, or drawers other than one bedside table. There was no bedside lamp. Outlet beside the bed didn't work Bed was comfortable but too small for a couple. There was a microwave but no microwave safe cookware or even a bowl to cook with. There were people knocking on doors and the sound of breaking glass at 2:30am.

We liked the big bottles of bathroom supplies eg body wash and 2in1 shampoo as this is better for the environment than having lots of waste from small individual packages.

We needed instructions for the oven, would be good to have these written down in the room. We also didn't have linen for the 4th person in our family even though we had stated there were 4 of us which meant we had to wait for linen and for the bed to be made when our kids were ready for bed.

it felt nice and private - our accomodation was just next door to the main motel and it was very clean and conveniently placed in the city! The property works on a keypad locking system so it was great that all we had to remember was the code. parking was provided and checking in was super super easy.

there were a few ants in the kitchen big no biggies.

The property service is very good and is suitable for family with kids. Also, the location is very near to the Super market that is one of the biggest benefits to us. The staff services are awesome. They didn't ask any deposit amount and cross check anything in my room during the check out period that is truly appreciated.

It was a fantastic experience for me. I very much enjoyed the location, scenery, and tranquility of the stay. Although I only stayed for a short period, I very much appreciated the accessibility to local stores and shops, and definitely the helpful service of the staff.

As said, I enjoyed the stay a lot, but would have liked it better if there was an option for breakfast.

The staff on check is were lovely. Parking was right by my room. Room was super modern and the bed was sooooo comfortable.

Very busy, with crying babies and screaming children throughout the night. The door was smaller then the door frame meaning a gap to outside where bugs came in at night.

The room was perfect for what we needed. Being near a main road was surprisingly quiet. I loved that there was no small bottles of toiletries and rather larger bottles which is more environmentally friendly.

Pillows. Quiet flat and we needed the cushions under them.

The motel is at a great location with convenient access towards all daily facilities such as a variety of restaurants and shops. But also very friendly towards nature loving people with a short distance a great beach. Very suitable for families wanting a time with both relaxation and convenience for their trip.

New renovation, very tidy. The location is extremely convenient, 1 min to supermarket, 2 mins to cafe bar and shopping mall, also lake and beach, even to state highway 1. If you stay here on Sunday, there will be one morning market around corner. 100% back again, highly recommended.
