Catarina was very helpful when we contacted her. Check-in went smooth, the rooms were clean, water pressure ok. There was a fridge so you could put some food in it, if needed. The place where we stayed is a big apartment with 3 rooms (a room per guest) and a kitchen. Third floor, no elevator (if someone cannot climb stairs). Right next to the pink street, so expect a lot of party going on (if you close the windows you're fine). I would stay there again, so I recommend the place.

Small shower (but it was fine!). I would have liked some vegetables for breakfast, but this seems like an issue in a lot of places, so not holding a grudge for it. :)

Excellent accommodating staff who allowed us to store our luggage for the morning before we checked in so that we could explore the city. The location was excellent and was super close to a lot of the sites and center city. We could walk easily to many places. The apartment and rooms and bathrooms were pristine. No AC but still very comfortable even in the middle of summer. The apartment we booked was HUGE and very spacious. We had a miscommunication about check out time with the housekeeper and ended up staying 40 min extra past check out and they were super accommodating about that too. Totally recommend this booking!

Depending on which side you’re on, it can be quite noisy if the windows are open as there’s bars and restaurants and people partying outside all night long. There’s no AC so my parents kept the window open to keep the breeze going. They provide fans though! One other thing is that there are no elevators. Don’t book if you can’t walk up a few flight of stairs with your luggage.

Amazing location and very cute classic Lisbon apartment style B&B. Staff was very nice and efficient in sending instructions to make check in as smooth as could be. Very good value for your money here! Breakfast was included which was great!

Due to the good location I would definitely make sure to request a room facing the back, as there is a bar downstairs that was quite hectic even on a Monday (to be expected in Lisbon), but I can only imagine that the rooms facing the street would be difficult to sleep in.

The host is great and really helpful, making the check-in an easy process. This is an old apartment with plenty of space, high ceilings, big windows; really nice. The breakfast was good.

There is no AC in the apartment, was quite hot inside but there are two fans that helps a bit. As location, it was close to nice touristic areas; the drawback is right around the corner is the Pink Street and the parties are going on up to 4am, so it is really really noisy (nobody's fault just to be aware of it since we weren't).

The apartment was gorgeous and surprised us by its size and beautiful interior - definitely over 150 m3, with traditional azulejo ceramics, huge windows and high ceilings (over 3 m for sure). And all absolutely clean and beautiful! This is probably the best apartment we have ever stayed at. We had 2 bedrooms suit with at least 5 sleeping spots. The hosts were also wonderful! They responded quickly, helped us to store the luggage for several days after the booking - many thanks for that. Also they were flexible and very friendly. Breakfast was also perfect - mini buffet with local products - all in our own apartment. Location is also 10 out of 10. Just 2 min from the famous time out market and 5 min from the 28 tram stop. All buses and metro are also close - 2-5 min walking. The commerce square is 10 min away.

Great instructions on how to enter the apartment from Catarina. Good breakfast. Great customer service from Catarina and Isabella. The 2 bedroom apartment we were in was spacious and the location is great for restaurant and bars and just a short walk to the Metro, trains and trams as well as all the historic sites and the old town of Alfama.

Like others have mentioned in their reviews, it is not a quiet area. The nightlife goes on to about 4am then quietens down. But for the price and location and the quality of the apartment you cannot complain.

We really enjoyed the position. Azulejos Cais Sodré B&B is very central and that allows us to move and visit the city without even taking any means of transport. However, it has also Metro stations really close, and it's been perfect to reach the airport! It's a rather noisy and lively environment during the night, but our room didn't overlooks the street, so we hadn't been affected by the vibrant night life. The place is very charming and authentic, with beautiful azulejos all over the walls! Even though we hadn't the chance to meet her, the host had been very clear, nice and helpful.

Some bad smell from the bathroom, but we kept the door closed and it didn't reach the bedroom. The breakfast was ok, but could be better. There were essential food, like bread, coffee and different kind of milks, but what we liked less is the fact that some food, like ham, cheese, cereals, jam..were shared and kept in common boxes/jar.

The room vibe was nice. The place is easy to find, conveniently located next to metro station and in the middle of nightlife area. The breakfast served is very basic, but nice.

The location has all the downsides of being in the middle of a bar street. At night the surrounding area is extremely loud, street is full of very drunk people, drug pushers and covered with disposable beer glasses which are all gone by morning, when it becomes peaceful and clean again.

Beautiful extremely spacious old building that’s been converted into accommodation. Really cool vibe. Perfect location - you can see pink street and people watch from the windows!

Despite all the space, there are no wardrobes or anywhere to put your clothes, so we had to put them on the ground. Some maintenance issues need attention, but to be fair, it’s an old building so some issues are to be expected.

Had a very authentic Portuguese look and feel. very spacious! Easy access to all the sites, restaurants, shops, public transportation. Catarina, our host, was very clear in her instructions about check-in and checkout. Very responsive and catered to every need, including arranging transportation for us and even arranged for an iron to be brought over when we needed one! Thank you for hosting us in your lovely apartment.

Because it is such a prime location, the streets are busy at night and it can be noisy. However, we expected this and slept fine with the earplugs (packaged new) that our host kindly provided.
