Didn’t realise the coffee capsules were charged for, at a steep 2.5 Euro each. These are usually included so that should have been made clearer.

There was no Diningroom. As we would have breakfast other than in a hotel, this wasn't an issue with us. There are lots of restaurants close by. The hotel is situated in a pleasant area adjacent to Baixa and close to the metro, it suited us perfectly. Luggage can be dropped in before check in time and can be left after check in time, all in all, a nice experience. Good value for money.

our flight was delayed & we were told that check in closes at 10pm - our flight didn’t land until after9pm . Staff said that they could only wait until 10.20 and this information was in it’s policies. I have since tried to locate that information but was unable . That information should be more visible as it can impact on many travellers especially as flights are very often delayed or cancelled nowadays

Staff was extremely helpful, our schedule was a bit erratic but they accommodated us with flexible room cleaning. They gave us great advice for the different trips or services we needed or wanted.

We had issues charging our device, a lot of light switches that did not seem to work. Also the wifi was slow depending on the time of the day you used it.

Both my wife and I loved our stay at the Teatro Boutique. The location is excellent. This hotel is in the middle of everything. Restaurants, coffee shops, gelato shops, clothes, and shoe stores are right around the corner. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and professional. Although the entire staff is great, there were two ladies that made us feel right at home. One of the ladies is Sandra at the front desk, and the other one is the head cleaning lady. They made us feel welcome and special during the entire stay. My wife and I are sure that we will visit Lisbon again, and we would love to stay at the Teatro Boutique again. To any of our friends who also like to travel, we will recommend the Teatro Boutique if they visit Lisbon. The hotel ir literally in the center of everything. Thank you for making us feel so great during our visit.

Friendly helpful staff, very accomodating. Ideally located and very good value for money.

I stayed on the superior room. It was good size for a couple, clean, nice shower, comfortable bed and fully working aircon. There were staff on reception from 7am to 10pm and when they were not there there was a number to call in case of an emergency. Staff was polite and helpful, printed my boarding pass for me and kept my bags after checking out with no extra charge. Restaurants directly outside the hotel were great and affordable. Lisbon is very hilly, to go to some attractions you have to go down a hill and then back up in order to get back to the hotel, I coped fine (I'm pregnant) but it might be hard for some people. Uber is very cheap in Lisbon though! Finally, getting to the hotel from the airport cost around 12 euro and took 25 minutes. I completely enjoyed my stay and would stay at this hotel again.

There was no door in the bathroom! Not an issue for me and my partner however I would have hated this if we were a new couple!

A great place with cozy rooms in the heart of Lisbon Center. You have 5 restaurants just a few meters away. Even if this place doesn't have breakfast options and is not really in the cheap category, the fact that most interesting places to visit are just a max 15 min walk away, makes up for the difference. You have 3 metro stations around and also the train station. I greatly recommend this place.

Me and my friend went on a city break to Lisbon on the 2nd night we were attacked and someone stole our phone and bags. The staff here were outstanding they helped us, allowed us to access the internet, allowed us to use their phones as much as we wanted with no charge. All of the staff who were on reception were amazing and so reassuring. The location was excellent, although we had no phones the last two days the staff provided us with maps for around the city. Everything was within walking distance. Definitely recommend
