Everything was just amazing and the location is perfect. This is the best location if you are traveling with a toddler and a baby stroller. You are just 300m from pink street and 200m from main street in Lisbon and river. Everything is flat so you and your toddler can easily walk. We got a free room upgrade, so we were more than happy from the first second we got our room. They provided us a baby cot and we had enough space in our room so that our toddler can play and run. Everything was clean, they cleaned our room everyday and the beds were comfy. If we come back to Lisbon, we will definitely book this hotel again.

We could hear people on the hallway coming back at their room and people walking in the room above us, but it was just a few times so it didnt bother us.

My only real problem was extremely increased price through Booking, I would pay half the price if I have booked directly. Rip off.

I am happy with the hotel and will return. The walls are thin and you can hear "a lot", but I was prepared for that since it was mentioned in many comments. Neighborhood is busy but windows work well, they kill most of the noise. AC was working well, there were some complaints by others here about that. Don't expect thrills. This is a no thrill, clean, small hotel at the great location. If you are in Lisbon to spend least possible time in the room go for it.

- Friendliness according to receptionists not great - The noise of the plexiglass in the bedroom (the wind outside hits the plexiglass in the bedroom). - Nil kitchen equipment (no utensils for cooking, no spatula for stirring, no spoon for serving, no seasoning (salt, pepper), no saucepan, no frying pan, only two plates, ...) - bathroom a bit small - toilet flushing continuously (noise)

Location was great. Maybe someday we can stay longer to try the breakfast because we had an early appointment in the morning and could not try the breakfast and the next day we had to leave. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the hotel was a very convenient area close to most beautiful areas. However, we heard that there are a lot of improvements and constructions around the hotel (I caught 2 flying mosquitoes, one inside the room and one at the lobby)which could have triggered some insects or mosquitoes flying around. And some bugs too in the room and bit my other daughter because the next day , she showed some bug bites in her legs and arms. There was an ongoing rally in the plaza when we arrived close to the hotel. But nothing unruly or wild. We hope all will be better addressed in regards to concern mentioned above. But we appreciate a pleasant and wonderful welcome and accommodation .

As mentioned, there were mosquitoes and probably bed bugs.

Me and my husband stayed 4 nights at this hotel. The location is excellent. 1 minute walk to Praca do Comercio and 5 minute walk to Pc Figuera where most tours would pick up. 5 minutes walk to the Metro and many options for food, eat in restuarants and breakfast coffee places. The hotel was very authentic, old building but the room was very clean and each day we walked in to a made bed and clean room and bathroom. We left the hotel each morning and came back late. The front desk receptionist Taina was amazing. Always made conversation with us and offered help if needed. She loved her job and we loved walking in and seeing her. The room had a small balcony that over looked the main street. Yes the room was noisy only because the hotel is located in a busy street with trams and buses running all night. But once the window was shut tight the noise did not bother us. Overall its excellent value for money and location tops everything

Location is great. 10 minutes' walk to the main square and about the same time to get from hotel to Cais Sodre Metro to catch a Metro to the airport. It only takes about 30 minutes to get to/from the airport which only involves one change.

Our room , in my opinion was not to the upgrade level that we had been promised. We managed to have a look inside a superior room and it was quite a lot larger and had better facilities than our room. The room was adequate for our needs, but could have been a bit cramped if we had to spend much time in the room. Would advise other guests to verify that they will be in the Superior room with a size of approximately 215sq ft and not the standard room with a size of 172sq ft. Get it in writing if possible.

Excellent location, the room and bed was very comfortable - modern and spacious. Plenty of storage space for clothes, luggage and toiletries. Good sized modern bathroom with terrific shower and everything was very clean. Nice staff. Great value for money.

Some of the electrical sockets in the room did not work. Although there is a coffee machine downstairs, it's nice to make a tea or coffee in the room. You get given one a day. Buy your own milk as none is provided. Our double room lacked a mug, only one was provided. The small pillows on the bed were lumpy and we had to ask to have them replaced as we lost a night's sleep due to the terrible condition of them. Lighting not so good in room/bathroom.

Location was very very good - near Cais do Sodre and super central but still quiet at night. Value for money is great especially during high season. The security at night is excellent so feeling safe. The staff are kind and friendly and it gave exactly what you need for a comfortable stay, nothing more. Would recommend especially if you spend a lot of time outside and need a decent clean well located accommodation :)

We wish we had better natural light in the room and better air circulation - the window open to a small corridor which didn’t always have the greatest odors - however AC was usually on but fresh air would’ve been nice option! The amenities are a bit skimpy, for example we had low quality towels and bath mat and no door sign - so every morning if we sleep in we had room service knocking from 8AM - noon. They also had only 1 key so we had to leave at reception which is ok… but prefer to have autonomy accessing our room without needing to stop at front desk each time we go out.

Cute, clean, amazing location in the center of everything, but really it was the staff that made it wonderful. Helpful, friendly, available 24 hours a day, just a great crew of people.

Got a little too loud outside on a couple nights, with drunken tourists singing in the street.

Uniquely designed, boutique style hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff! Easy to access by car. Relatively close to the city centre. Rooftop area is awesome. Late checkout options. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms.

No vending machine for late night snacks/ drinks. Pool is a bit too small to be useful for adults but pleasant all the same.
