DoubleTree by Hilton Lisbon Fontana Park

Comfortable bed and pillows, nice room with all the amenities provided, lovely little terrace. Staff were amazing, very friendly, welcoming and very helpful. They really take the hotel from good to great. Breakfast was good, sufficient options, good quality and kept well stocked for the entire shift.

Everything was great except the shower. Shower over the bath very awkward to turn on and no grab handle to help you step in or out, slippery. There is a grab handle but it's at the back next to the taps so pretty pointless.

The hotel is close to the city and main attractions. What makes this hotel even better is their warm welcome and quick and excellent service. The gym is fairly small, but enough to do a quick workout before heading out or in the evening. Location wise, the hotel is near a small food court/shopping centre in case you crave some snacks. The theme of the hotel room is luxurious and the lights are great as well. Everything was working and the room gets cleaned every day and quick.

The gym is small, but that's not a big issue.

the bathroom was clear glass to the bedroom area so this would not be a good room to share with a friend you aren’t that comfortable with. the walls are thin, you can hear your neighbor blowing their nose

Some small works in the rooms could have been done, some small fixings (like wall cracks or in the bath tub was a black colour, which could been cleaned) and the windows are not very good, a lot of noise from outside

Great location, great breakfast, great personal. It was very nice to have a cookie and glass of vine as a compliment. Room was clean, we have all we need. Thank you!

Pillows are very-very-very soft. It was hard to sleep on it. And we have a room with non street view and it was a little noisy at the night.

This was my 3th stay at a hotel on my birthday, but this is the first time, I got a birthday cake from the staff.

Perhaps the breakfast could have more flavour, and my shy girlfriend didn't like the bathroom-doors, I had to leave the room everytime she would use the bathroom.

- Bed / pillows - ok - chair in the room was not functioning properly - breakfast - ok - the gym is rather small: some 3x aerobic machines , and only one bench, and dumpbells ... so definitely room for improvement here

- the design of the bathroom was a bit ... not convenient - sound isolation was not great

The hotel is run extremely efficiently and the staff are very helpful. Although it has a feel of a well run business hotel it is very tourist friendly. The breakfast was well presented with option of warm cooked and buffet of continentel spread. The little traditional custard pastries were a must.
