Hotel ibis Lisboa Saldanha

Breakfast was very good, diversified, nice presentation, several coffee machines, clean environment. Location was very good, walking distance from city center (about 30 minutes), nice and safe area. The reception gentleman was very nice and offered to call a taxi to drive us to the airport.

I think a procedure should be in place on the possibility of having a take away breakfast when check out is very early in the morning. We booked and payed accommodation for 1 room, 2 persons, including breakfast for all our staying, because there was the only alternative of reservation with cancel option. We had to check-out early in the morning and there was no possibility of having breakfast, not even something to take away, though I informed at the reception the previous morning. We could have only a coffee from the machines in the breakfast room.

- The breakfast was excellent - really I think the best coffee I've ever tasted. Plenty of choice and an auto pancake making machine which was a facinating element to the morning ! - I really liked the contempary furnishings and decor in the bedroom and hotel in general - Location was good - lovely streets nearby in all directions ( I know because I have a poor sense of direction and kept discovering then ! ) _ every member of staff I interected with was excellent and friendly and so very helpful

- I would like a glass tumbler in the room and bathroom _ I would like hand/body lotion in the bathroom

Located short walk to the metro station. Good area, no strange people around on streets. Helpful staff - gave city and metro map, explained necessary basics. Lactose free products at breakfast table. Interesting self service pancake making machine. Equipment of the room was basic, functional.

Cold table breakfast, except pancakes in special self service baking machine. Boiled eggs were not fresh (soured) and it was opinion of 3 people. View behind window - to the inside yard, conditioners but it was quiet (!) what is better than view to the loud street. Broken WC doors (could't close them).

The staff was super helpful and polite. The room was clean (everyday change of towels and cleaning of the room). We arrived earlier than check in hours but could leave our luggage untill we could go in the room. We had breakfast included (buffet has many things to choose from, and vegeterian options). The hotel is in a nice area, not that close to city center (walking distance but has some uphill)

Very close to Metro station (Saldanha), shopping mall with multiple food court options nearby (5 mins walk), several coffee shops with local pastry goodies, mini market shopes and one Continente BomDia super market around the corner, 30 mins walk to Placa Rossio, pretty quiet room we get (backyard view). Recommend it!!

Single towel per person, it can be changed daily but still a poor option from our side. No closets in the room, but they are offering a metal structure for putting, hanging clothes on it.

The room was perfectly clean, had wifi, AC and everything was as in the description. The room is spacious and nice. There is a garage, even if I think it's better to be without a car in Lisbon as a tourist, the hotel is near bus station The breakfast was ok and it surely doesn't seem like a 2 star hotel! Also the staff is really friendly and nice.

Honestly? Nothing. We just had some trouble with the garage that wasn't working for a day, but they fixed it immediately!

Breakfast was wonderful and dramatically exceeded expectations in diversity and quality, as well as quantity of food. I was expecting something much more limited. Great price for what we received.

Room is small, though otherwise comfortable. And we didn't receive any hand towels, which was a bit odd, only bath towels, apparently by design. But these are minor issues compared to the great experience otherwise and good value for the stay.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a Metro station (around 3-4 min walk). The room was clean and has everything equipped. The air-conditioner also worked efficiently to keep the temperature down. The internet speed was surprisingly fast for a budget hotel. The breakfast is also good and worth the money. During my stay, I lost my keycard and the staff assisted me getting a new one very quickly and friendly. Really enjoyed the stay.

The room is a bit small but it's good for short-term stay. I don't have anything to complain. The only thing that I think that can be improved is the lighting. The room is a bit dark at night but didn't affect me much.

The room was quiet and comfortable. Although the area where the hotel is situated is quiet and there are lots of restaurants it is quite some distance from the centre of Lisbon. The breakfast was very good with an excellent choice. One coffee machine was out of action which did create queues at the one that did work and this caused people getting in the way of the food area. The lounge/bar area is very well laid out - a good place to relax. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The distance from the centre of Lisbon. The Metro was about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel isn't easy to find the first time as there are many roads off the main roundabout near to the Metro.

Very nice breakfast. Helpfull staff. Close to bus stations. Plenty of restaurants around. Garage for 8 EUR/day. Bar in groud floor open to late night. Clean bathroom.

Room was not small, but was dark as the window was tiny. Ceiling is stupidly decorated by pattern which seems like some water pipe is broken at floor above you. Room price is quite high for 2* hotel. Fancy bed.
