Cozy and quiet surroundings close to a metro station, reachable directly from the airport. the center of Lisbon is in distance walking 15-20 minutes. The hotel is really clean, and the room is spacious and well-soundproofed. Breakfast is tasteful in continental and European style, but with a rather limited selection, so staying for more nights would be monotonous (every day scrambled eggs, bacon, fried vegetable, a small selection of hams, cheese, tomato, and cucumber slices). A great asset was the pastry selection with really fresh traditional Portuguese natas, muffins, sweet cornetti, etc. In the nearby area you will find bars, restaurants, and shops. All in all we enjoyed the stay and would recommend it.

Nothing meaningful

First of all - the staff were extremely nice and helpful. I cannot thank them enough for helping us have a wonderful stay in Lisbon. This hotel has a perfect location in the new part of the city on a relatively quiet street but very close to the subway and bus stops with convenient connections to all attractions in the city. There are some pubs, restaurant and a supermarket nearby, We had a double room and it was spacious and clean. Same goes to the bathroom. Nice amenities. Everything was clean and kept this way throughout our stay.

Nothing much not to like really, just a couple of recommendations: breakfast was quite basic and the same every day and can benefit of some improvement. Also, would recommend a kettle and some complimentary coffee and tea in the rooms - at this rate it is only to be expected, frankly.

Great location and staff are super friendly

For 4 stars hotel and 100+$ per night we expected to have at least coffee and kettle in rooms.

We chose the hotel because of its location. It is right next to the stop of the metro line from the airport (walking distance approx. 1-2 minutes). In addition, it is in the city center, so you can easily walk or drive to where you need to go. The hotel lives up to its standard and I can't see a single reason not to stay there again when visiting Lisbon. If someone expects a view of some monuments from the hotel, then definitely not! It's a hotel in the city center in a development, and from the room window you can only see the surrounding development.... We expected that and it didn't bother us, but I mention it just for info, because I usually like a room with a nice view :-)

This hotel is excellently located a little way out of the city centre, providing a quieter and more relaxed stay. There is a metro line around 3 minutes walk away providing easy access to interconnecting metro lines and a short ride to the main tourist areas. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size and impeccably clean. We had a very comfortable, pleasant stay for a more reasonable price compared to other hotels offering similar. My partner and I would definitely return.

Very good hotel close to metro cca 25-30 min from airport. One of the exit of metro is 50m away, the others 150-250m. I was walking to the center - 25 min. It is downhill. Otherwise metro 10min. Breakfast is the same almost everywhere i.e. every day the same but tasty (coffee, tea, juices, fruits, variety of baked products, cheese, ham, eggs, bacon, very fresh). I loved the time of breakfast from 7 till 11. Good if you want to leave early and also good, if you were out late. Room was cleaned every day, towels and sheets also were changed daily. Big enough. Bed was comfortable for my standards (two beds put together). You can find everything needed in bathroom. I was have meals in center or somewhere where I am in the city at that time. However I have noticed several places around where you can eat or have drinks. I did not see supermarket around.

It is not really soundproofed. You can hear your neighbors.

We stayed for 3 nights in Olissippo Saldanha. We chose this hotel due to the very positive reviews that we 've read, and we are not disappointed at all. Personnel was very helpful, the accommodation was amazing, close to the center and accessible by metro. The neighborhood was quiet with plenty of nice restaurants around. The building was new, covered in marble and with no defects. We much enjoyed the breakfast as well! Its variety was sufficient and of good quality, perfect to have our day started. We are also very satisfied from the room as well. No broken things, super clean and with excellent sound isolation. The blinds totally blocked out the light, and in combination with the good mattress and soft blankets, we had some amazing sleep after long walking days. Bathroom was quite spacious as well, and we liked a lot the combination of marble and mirrors. We totally recommend this hotel for some quality stay in Lisbon!

We are quite picky with the accommodations and fortunately we don't have anything negative to share about this hotel. We will definitely stay again!

Really nice, spacious, practical and clean room. The bed and pillows were super comfy. Two pillows per person. Staff, especially Cristina (night shift), was really helpful. Location is good. Next to metro and buses, with the centre in a walking distance (20-25 mins).

The doors are slamming automatically and are too loud. Plus the walls are paper thin and if you are in bed, it is vibrating much from the slamming force. Besides you sometimes think that someone entered your room, although is in the corridor.

I liked the fact that I was late... not my fault it was a delay with my flight. Staff constantly kept in touch with me to make sure I still was coming and they still sent a ride to pick me up... Sarah was amazing she helped us to reschedule a lot of stuff suggested a restaurant... helped us get a cab... she was amazing a true God send we hate we didn't get to see her and thank her for everything. The breakfast crew I can't remember her name but she was the shortest one there she remembered I needed some ice cause I love water they always made sure my needs were met I will return and recommend it to others. Great staff, good breakfast included, clean & pleasant. Location safe & central. Grocery shop just around the corner, shopping mall in close promimity and close to all transport routes. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

The only issue (which we found to be the same in most of Europe) were the really, really, REALLY bad pillows. Beds & linen perfect but the pillows are like blocks of concrete - we ended up using our puffer coats in pillow cases as pillows! lol
