Hotel Lisboa

I had a good experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom clean, the bed comfy. There was a fridge with some alcohol and soft drinks, but they were not complimentary, so we didn't use them (there is a price list for them on the top of the fridge). To use the wi-fi you had to switch on the tv, as the wi-fi was connected to it, but I didn't use it so I don't know if it worked well. We got room+breakfast deal, the breakfast was nice, it was a self-service buffet with the usual selection of cooked/continental food. The location is good, quite central, and 15 minutes walk from Rossio Station (in case you are coming from the airport, or you want to go to Sintra, trains to/from there are going to Rossio station). There is a lift to the various floors, so no problem if you have heavy luggage.

Everything was ok, the guy who checked us out was a bit brusque, but I guess he had a bad day or something... (the rest of the staff was lovely and polite)

Gentlemen at reception were very helpful and friendly, room and bathroom were both clean and good sized. Parking was convenient - option to park outside the front door or underneath. Super close (2 minute walk) to the hospital, as well as close to shopping etc. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of foods.

Wish that there had been a larger shelf or more hooks in the bathroom - there certainly is enough room. Also disappointed that both nights we were there, the restaurant/bar downstairs was not open.

Hotel situated just off the Avenida da Liberdade & conveniently located near to the Avenida metro station on the Blue line. Comfortable, quiet room with welcome tea-making facilities. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was excellent and had everything you might want. It was kept well replenished and staff were friendly & professional.

Towel rails in the bathroom would be a useful addition, otherwise everything was perfect and worked.

Mother travelling alone with 2 kids the location was really good as secure and easy to walk around . Room was nice as we had a big room however the hotel doesn’t have any facilities . The gym was really small and the bar area not appealing to seat for a drink . However the staff were really friendly

No breakfast included on my room but to be honest they charged 15 euros a head ( my small 5 year old barely eats in the morning ) so no worth it to pay . I crossed the road got us a breakfast in a bakery for 16 euros the 3 of us!

I really liked the location of the hotel ,it was quiet ,yet very close to the center of the city . Perfect balance between these two things . Great breakfast (maybe more we could use more vegetables) . Very friendly and helpful staff .

Some equipment could be exchanged ,as for example hand shower which always came down slowly when I wanted to wash my hair . I truly don't understand having a bathtube in such hotel room, simple shower could be more practical. But of course these are very minor inconvenience and in any case it doesn't change my good opinion about hotel

Room very comfortable, wide and clean. The buffet for breakfast is not so big, but sufficient and with a lot of variety. The staff is really kind, they assist you very polite and nice. Regarding location, it is well communicated with the underground (3 min walking to the nearest stop) and the city centre is fairly near (15 min walking). Beautiful city and very good place to stay.

Nothing remarkable.

The location is next to the famous shopping street Avenida da Liberdade and Metro Station Avenida. Yet quiet and about 10 minutes walk on Lisbon's main avenue to the city centre.

The breakfast area was a bit crowded, some people had to wait a bit to get a table. Maybe they could sell a few rooms without breakfast on more busy days as it was busy for the staff and clients also.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Hotel Lisboa. The location is excellent and serves close access to a number of key locations and sites/attractions. The local area has a number of high end shops. The staff at the hotel are particularly welcoming and helpful. We arrived late in the evening and made the most of breakfast and a late check out. As we were flying we left our bags at reception and came back a couple hours later. Even then we were slightly early so staff asked us if we wanted to wait in a more comfortable (bar) area whilst waiting to go to the airport. It was nice to have somewhere to rest after a lot of walking. The beds are comfy and good sizes with very clean bedding. The hotel serves a well stocked buffet style breakfast with sweet and savoury options. As a vegetarian, I sometimes struggle with breakfast options in Portugal but this hotel has several options. The hotel is also very clean and has reasonably priced minibar in the room with Pringles, bottled waters, coke/tonic and gin/whiskey. I would be very happy to stay here again and will do so when I return to Lisbon.

Breakfast area was a little crowded as the room isn’t too big so a booking process may have been better for social distancing.

Lovely, clean and comfortable hotel. No issues whole of stay. Staff very nice and helpful, particularly the breakfast lady and gentleman. Room clean, spacious, really comfortable bed. Kettle for coffee/tea, mini fridge, smart TV, air con. Bathroom again clean, modern, plenty of toiletries, towels, hairdryer etc. Great location. 10 mins downhill to main centre square therefore close enough but also far enough from any bustle and noise. Just off main avenue, metro (Marques de Pombal Square) a 5 min walk up the avenue, park just above the square. Breakfast pre-booked, ie no buffet but select on paper what you require the day before, staff were very attentive at breakfast.

I booked a double but was upgraded to a superior room with sofa and huge roof terrace, it was lovely. The staff were really nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, a range of hot and cold choices. Location was excellent,, 10 minutes walk to the bars and restaurants of Rossio, or €5 in a taxi. Right off Av de Libidade with all the designer shops, and public transport options. There is a bar and restaurant at the Hotel but I didn't use either, so can't comment.
