Excellent location, comfortable quiet rooms and really decent shower. 24h staffed reception

The room was a bit basic

The staff were friendly and the hotel ran like clockwork. The cleaning ladies were extremely polite and amazing at their job. Our rooms were spotless. The location and price of the hotel were perfect! It was 2 min away from the underground, and it was also near clothing stores, and many good vegan restaurants. The decor was cute and welcoming, I really like the whole 1960s theme. I will definitely be returning to this hotel again.

The walls are thin so you can hear the people in the room next door very clearly, if they are on the phone or speaking loudly. Luckily the staff were kind to move us to a different room, as our original neighbours were extremely loud... but it's not the end of the world.

Great location. One block to Marquis de Pombal metro. Completely walkable with luggage since the metro station has an elevator entrance, which is across the street from McDonalds. Note that the entrance is at the back of the building - not the front side which has a huge hotel sign and faces the Marquis de Pombal statue. Great helpful staff. A few cafes in walking distance.

The room was FREEZING cold. We slept with our warmest clothes. The heater did nothing. I did return to the hotel, two months later because of its convenient location; this time the room was very long but the A/C worked.

Fantastic hotel, probably the best hotel for city breaks I staid in. Spacious room with a lovely balcony and great design. It was such a blessing to wake up every day with this view and have a coffee at the balcony. Stuff always helpful and friendly whenever we had a request. Overall I wold highly recommend staying in this hotel. Great transport connection as well and a lot of nice shops, restaurants around, but at the same time it is not too busy or loud.

Everything was fine, this hotel exceeded my expectations

Very convenient location for exploring the city by public transportation or by foot. The room was nice, big, clean, the staff was very kind and helpful. We would definetely come back again.

The noise made by the outdoor units of the air conditioning system of the building. A more effective way of soundproofing the windows would be necessary. However, I used earplugs while sleeping and everything was just fine.

The Hotel has an excellent location, a few steps from the Metro and buses. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was great with good food choices in a dining room with superb views of the city. The staff was friendly and offered prompt services.

There were no significant issues to complain about. Maybe the wifi was slow on some occasions. The place is relatively far from the historic center if you are walking but is just a short ride by Metro, Taxi, or Bus.

The hotel is close to the city center. There are many bus stops and a subway station near the hotel to go everywhere. The bedroom was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We really appreciated the kettle to heat water and the tea and coffee bags that the staff put in our room every day.

The fridge in the room was a little too small, if you buy a big bottle of water or juice, it will be difficult to put it inside the fridge.

The AC in the room was a dream, the room was very clean, so close to the centre, metro and the sightseeing bus, lots of restaurants and cafe's nearby, a good 7 out of 10 from me!

The bed was a little old and wobbly the TV remote was faulty but not important, the breakfast buffet was out of half the stuff and we had to ask the staff for milk and bread, ham cheese etc, they seemed to be more interested in Cleaning tables than topping up the food,

The rooms are so wonderful!! The room interior and lighting was so thoughfully designed, with a long dresser which is also a great work table. The people at the reception were so friendly and flexible with checkin and checkout timings. the staff was lovely. the ambience of the hotel is fantastic and so Hollywoody. highly recommened. the price-value experience this hotel offers is much better than many around. Great view at Breakfast.

i found no negative points here. loved every moment i spent at this hotel.

location was amazing!

the only criticism I have is that I returned one day to find a man I didn't know, not in uniform, coming out of our room. I asked reception about this and they said they would look into it but they never got back to me.
