Nobu Hotel Barcelona

The location is great in front of the train station Barcelona-Sants which we came from Madrid Puerta De Atocha.. and it has access to the Metro system The view from the restaurant at the top 23 floor is phenomenal .. the bathroom in our Sake Suit has a great view of the city when you sit on the bathtub ❤️ The staffs are friendly

We booked the Sake Suit but there was a connecting door and the sound is loud from the other room .. also the some rooms in our floor had dogs which were annoying as they barks loudly.. they should put them in floor for dog owners away from guest who want quite time

The rooms were spectacular. The bed was fantastic, the view was great. Restaurant and bar is superb!

The spa facilities were not 5* especially that you have to pay extra for it. Sauna was not as warm as it could be. They charge a pet fee even for a tiny dog €100. if You stay for long its ok, but if you stay for 1 night they also will change €100. So you pay €250 for a night and forced to pay half that for a dog. Location is next to a railway station, cant walk to many places. Taxi are available for a small price.

The rooms were amazing! The hotel was just amazing. The view was great with the huge window. The room honestly made it for us! The roof top bar was great and the spa facilities were great. The spa is a must visit whilst your there. The reception and door staff were very helpful.

I think it’s slightly out the way but cabs are easy to get and the staff were really helpful if you need a cab. Room service was slow but the reception staff did help as much as they could. I think if it were to have a slightly normal menu even just on the roof top like pizza, chips, nachos, sandwichs, wraps etc and normal popular cocktails that would be better for everyone as the restaurant is special enough so the roof top bar snacks or room service being slightly more normal/not so posh would be better (in my option). Also the deposit is high especially on top of how much the stay is, it would to good to be told what any extra charges were. Nothing to complain about just a few things I feel would make it better.

The room was very impressive - a great view with great facilities. Every little detail had been thought through and I would definitely look to book again at a Nobu.

The cooked, English breakfast was a little disappointing - the sausages were boiled and very spicy, the scrambled eggs runny and everything just a little bit not as hot as it could have been. The rest of it (cereal, pastries etc. were excellent). We also didn't like having to make sure we were first in the queue (at 10.45am) to get a bed around the pool (there were only enough places to lay for 13 guests!)

charging more than the room rate as daily accumulative deposit of 150 euro so if your going to stay for 10 nights your deposit would be 1500 euros which is not logical or appropriate.

I recently stayed at Nobu Barcelona and had a generally pleasant experience. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a huge bathroom with two hand washes. The view was amazing, with two full sides windows and automatic curtains that added a touch of luxury to the stay. The design of the room was also impressive and showed that a lot of thought had been put into every detail. The staff was another highlight of the hotel. The reception and bell captains were extremely friendly, nice, and helpful - they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. If I could give them more than 10, I definitely would. The parking was also great, with ample spaces compared to other hotels in Barcelona.

While I had a great stay overall, there were a few things that I felt could be improved. Firstly, I was disappointed that the valet parking that was advertised on Booking.com was not available when I arrived at the hotel( no one offered to park my car) Secondly, the room service could be improved - I called and asked them to remove the mini-bar, but no one came until the day I checked out. Lastly, the housekeeping needs improvement, as I left a message requesting a change of bed sheets, but they didn't do it for two days. On the first day, I also found hair on the toilet, which was not very pleasant.

The room and staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were exceptionally clean with amazing views. I was on a business trip but the hotel made me feel very relaxed and calm. The shower is AMAZING and the bed was really comfy. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They were always so friendly and helpful. Even the security guard outside the hotel at night. The restaurant's views are out of this world. You get to see from the mountains to the sea.

Better temperature control in the rooms. I often was a little cold at night time so would have been nice to put the temperature up.

The infamous Nobu! Its a very nice hotel, excellent location in Barcelona - the staff was excellent, always helpful, very friendly - all of them were lovely. Room service was very good, the breakfast is great. Very clean! Very cosy rooms as well, its a nice experience.

The Nobu upstairs restaurant is expensive as expected and the food is nice as well! We had a big bill, 2 people, and they didn't offer us a final chupito on the house - this always rubs me the wrong way at nice restaurants, its such a common courtesy. Also - You have to pay to access the spa - even though you are already paying to stay at the hotel. I think this is a cheap move from any hotel. They also don't mention this as an extra cost on the booking.com listing (they say it is included). These minor policies don't look good for a hotel which should be 5* (and the price proves it). The spa was nice but very average.

Good, central location so was easy to navigate/get around with a supermarket and cafes right round the corner. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom felt luxurious, enjoyed the little touches of slippers/robes etc

I asked for special amenities which were not made - spoke with someone and then never got confirmation and all further emails were ignored. Pool was ridiculously small (false advertising) and not enough seating on the roof either
