ok, So it's basically an apartment with 6 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom/shower and bathroom. The kitchen comes with a large fridge and freezer, an induction stovetop, electric kettle, washer and dryer(costs to do laundry, I think 10 euro) and an Iron and Ironing board. Our room had a safe(Didn't ask for the code) and lots of space to store folded clothes. Also a TV. No aircon, just a fan. I think for the winter there is central heating. It's technically the "1st" floor. but you need to go up at least 4 flights of stairs or second floor via elevator(marked floor 1) and then go down a short flight of steps to the apartment. It's close to transport and to several large supermarkets as well as a fruit store directly underneath. Some doors lock with a key and others with a code. Having other people in the apartment didn't bother that much, and sometimes the shower or bathroom is taken.

Could have been communicated better the floor.

The location was really good. Close to subway stations and walkable distances from attractions.

The bedroom didn’t have a lock and neither did the shared bathroom, well bathroom did but I was really weak to break through. We were walked in while showering.

As a older female solo traveler, I felt very secure in this accommodation. Very, very clean and good house rules. Restaurants/bars and tiendas are plentiful in this wonderful neighborhood. An easy 8-10 minute walk from Sants Estacion! I found it with no problem. Instructions for contacting them when I arrived worked perfectly!

Given the name, I expected it to be more like a hotel, with a reception and such, but it was more like staying in an AirBnb, with everyone in bedrooms. It wasn't bad exactly, just not what I was expecting from something called a hotel...

Bed was very comfortable and the room was also very clean

Maybe the toiletries should be stocked more often. Or made more easy to be found :) but ober all was very good compared to other places :)

Nice room in a nice appartement, great location. Staff is nice, they clean shared areas every day. It is also very calm.

Poor WiFi signal in the room.

The bathroom was dirty, very late check-in time (from 4pm)

not their fault but a bit noisy at night from the street side , no air con in the room
