H10 Itaca

The location was great 10-minute walk from Sans station. Staff were very friendly. Nice little touch with a glass of juice, water or cava on arrival too.

Hotel was clean, good looking and nice. Staff were friendly and they spoke english fluently. position is good if you dont mind a small 15-20min walk. 20min walk to centre of city and same distance to camp nou. Also there was a supermarket close to hotel (50m). So it was great. Overall very good hotel.

Only thing that i didnt like was that the walls between hotel rooms were a bit thin. You could hear if someone was laughing or speaking in other room. I dont know if it was just our room because it was corner room. I didnt mind that but i feel like someone would not like that.

The property was fantastic! The bathroom was well stocked with anything you could need which helps when you are trying to travel light. It was a great place to stay for a night with an early train to catch in the morning and it was a quick walk to Barcelona Sants station. They had an amazing breakfast set up with a great variety of food to meet anyones needs. The ladies at the front desk were so nice and patient with me and helped answer my questions without issue. I did not get to try the restaurant on sight or the plunge pool/deck as I only stayed one night so I cannot attest to that.

My room was a little banged up but otherwise overall did the job of a comfortable night of sleep! If you are looking for a hotel close to all the downtown action such as the gothic quarter etc. this might not be the place for you, however the Barcelona transport system is well equipped to get you where you need to go.

Loved the breakfast, it had many options. Anything you could ask for, and many healthy/bio options. Good coffee, eggs, hams, cheeses, fruits, sweets. They were fresh and good. Loved that we had a coffee machine in the room and that it was a nespresso one. Also appreciated that it was warm in the room and that we could make as hot as we wanted to. Went to the gym as well, it is a small one but enough for a workout during the vacation. The employees were really nice and helpful. Appreciate all the help. The location of the hotel is great. Close to 3 metro stations, 15 min walking distance from Plaza Espanya.

The room was clean and comfortable, the bed extremely comfortable, a little small but we expected that, good size bathroom with a great selection of toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap and body cream. Also toothbrush set, shaving set, shoe shine and shower cap. Hairdryer provided and tea/coffee with mini bar stocked with drinks and snacks. Location was good, great for exploring the beautiful city of Barcelona, close to metro and large train and bus station also the hop on hop off tourist bus which was fabulous for a days sightseeing and getting our bearings around the city. Breakfast was really good, great coffee and lots of choice, including a really good selection of cheese, meats, fresh bread, fresh fruit and pastries. Staff were extremely helpful and polite, the bar staff were very pleasant and very attentive to guests needs, the bar patio area was kept very clean. The plunge pool was an added bonus, great to chill after a long day in the sunshine, walking, taking in the sights, nice comfy sunbeds and bar service on the patio area.

perfect if u want to have a hotel next to main train station, it was really convienient for us to take this hotel on day before our departure to leave barcelona, we could use the main station to go anywhere in barcelona and thr airport is like 20 min away if u take the airport train. The really big plus in the hotel is also the bed!! SOOOO comfortable, if u like soft elastic bed then try this hotel. Staff are friendly as usual (we tried other H10 hotel before and the staff were also really nice) Bathroom is modern and with bathtub.

Everything, very nice room, great location, plenty of restaurants nearby, breakfast options were amazing. It was clean, comfortable, an excellent stay.

Only one small thing, checkout. The desk person was helping a customer which was fine, both my wife and I were standing with heavy backpack suitcases waiting. When she finished with the customer ahead of us, she took her time doing something else, then someone came from a side office and she started doing something for them ignoring us (the customer). I finally slid the room keys towards her and said "check out". One minor blemish on a great stay.

Took us a while to understand how great the location for this hotel is. As soon as we realised, our appreciation of the hotel increased. The Barcelona Sants is very close, Also, we found Tarragona metro within 5 minutes walk, this station linked very well with all the main attractions. We stopped a few times at Sants Estacio for some better mercats and restaurants on our way back to the hotel. With these two met links we could get to Paral-el, Catalunya, or diagonal with ease which are the main stations with links all over the city. We purchased a 4 day met pass which worked for the busses as well, we didn't need anything else to get around the city. All transport covered for €30 each. incredible

We had to ask for another iron as the first was weak and wouldn't iron our clothes. When raining or cold outside the restaurant and bar area is very small. The main terrace is outside. We had two days of rain, which meant the restaurant was full quick. The gym was quite small, but had a great view. Some noise pollution from outside, even though we were on the 6th floor. I'm nit picking, was a good hotel.

Great hotel. Booked the smallest room, but still very good size. More than enough for 1 person. Bathroom quite big with a bathtub. Asked for a room on the pool side (instead of street) and got it without a problem. I got really sick the night before I had to leave and they helped me out a lot. I was able to stay two nights longer in the same room for a good price, and even got complimentary breakfast. They also got me in touch with a doctor and pharmacy. And they were kind in dealing with my emotions. Everything I needed being sick alone and abroad. Very thankful for that H10!!

Everything was so comfortable and clean. The pool was a huge bonus.

Why did we have to wait two hours to go into our room even though we arrived after check-in time? We were hot and tired after a long and stressful day and train journey (I explained this to staff). I don't feel they made a lot of effort to check when the room was ready without me prompting them every so often. It got us off to a bad start.
