Convenient central location on Las Ramblas making it easy to get everywhere in Barcelona. It’s 3 star so on the basic side but room was clean and comfortable and has everything you need for a good night sleep before a day of sightseeing. Staff were really great - very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Exceptional location, friendly stuff. Clean, non smoking room, top floor with veranda overlooking La Rambla.

I liked it all. Firstly, the location is great. 5 mins walk from the centre, less if you are after the train station. There is parking underneath the building and, although a little tight, is super convenient and seconds away from the lifts. The staff were really lovely and although I always try and speak French, I did appreciate they spoke English when I couldn't remember some words. The hotel was very clean and modern and the room was very comfy. The buffet breakfast was very good, lots of choices and very good standards and quality. Definitely worth the extra to have the breakfast. We also ate in the restaurant every night as the food was so good and varied. The staff were also super helpful and full of smiles.

There wasn't anything. If I ever go back to this city, I will be staying in this hotel again. It really was great value for money - but not just that, it was a really great stay. If I had to pick one thing, the bath towels could always be a little bigger as I like to cover both boobs at the same time!

The hotel is in a crazy location! One minute from the Boqueria market, one minute from the port, on the lively main street and yet it's really quiet! Surprisingly the windows seal out all the noise! There is Wi-Fi in the room. Clean and good looking. The beds are comfortable. The staff is amazing! We slept there one night and then we went on a cruise, when we returned after a week to Barcelona, even though we didn't sleep in their hotel that day, we asked to store our luggage, they allowed us, which allowed us to travel without stress in the city until we went to the airport. Highly recommend the hotel! The bathroom is beautiful and very clean! There is a set of soaps, sewing and even shaving! It's very indulgent!

The hotel is not new, the corridors have outdated furniture and a bit of an old hotel smell, but it's really not a big deal. The room itself is very beautiful! Very spacious! The balconies are a total of 30 cm in size, this is actually a protrusion from the window itself, don't plan on a balcony as you know, you can hardly put your foot there.

Of course, the location. The metro station was literally steps away. It is a very clean hotel.with soundproof windows. The bathroom came fully equipped (except for conditioner..go figure). Their checkout is at 12 in the afternoon, and they even granted us a late check out till 1 pm. The staff was always kind and helpful.

The room was a bit small. No coffee or tea stand (would've been a strong plus). Otherwise, absolutely no complaints. A Sollid hotel

Great location - metro, restaurants, Gran Theatre, shopping and 24h supermarkets just at the doorsteps - Fabulous costumer service - the staff could not be more helpful, from reception that was there 24/7 and happy to support you in multiple languages to housekeeping. The service provided really do add value and charm to otherwise slightly outdated hotel. - Daily refill of toiletries including shampoo, body milk, shower gel, soap, shower cap, toothbrush etc - rooftop was almost always free for you to enjoy

Hotel is outdated and do have a bit of a funky smell to it, more on the lines of needing renovation rather then deep cleaning

3 minutes from the WONDERFUL outdoor Mercado which was the highlight of our stay. Don’t miss the morning cafe con leche with croissant at the tiny cafes surrounding it! 1 minute from the green-line subway station stop that has multiple amazing things to see from a labyrinth to Gouda to beautiful architecture. The room felt very large with comfortable chairs, fresh balcony air, the bathroom was large and pristine and there are many places in the hotel to gather with a large group. Wish we’d had more time to spend on the roof top deck with the comfortable furniture! Balcony doors were completely soundproof. Super friendly staff who all spoke excellent English too and were ready with advice.

*-Great location. At the heart of la rambla+directly in front of metro station: connection to everywhere easily. When it is too hot and you dont wanna walk even a lil bit, taxi is a good option: this place is close to almost everywhere (We paid Eur 10-15 to most of main spots, EUR 30-35 to the airport). *-AC. If you are coming in summer, you are gonna need it! The AC was so powerful at this hotel. We loved it. *-Beds Comfortable enough. *-Cleaning The cleaning was very good when we got the room. We did not get housekeeping during our stay. So i cannot comment on this. *-Staff Friendly and helpful.

Central location, reasonably priced and spotlessly clean - housekeeping staff were superb. Front desk super helpful.

Quite noisy at night, even at rear of property on Fridays and Saturdays. Smell of smoking from lower floors. Room was probably smallest I’ve ever stayed in! Adjoining restaurant was too expensive - 2 small plates of scrambled egg, bacon and two pancakes, 2 orange juice and 4 small coffees came to almost €60.

This was my second stay here. It's a comfortable hotel that feels a little old-fashioned in a good way. Convenient to Ramblas, Barri Gotic and airport bus. The little terrace attached to our room was quite enjoyable.

No wastebasket it the bedroom, only in bathroom. More than once the halls and elevator smelled like someone had been smoking. Here is something to consider: This was the first time I visited Barcelona in August. The Ramblas, which I have enjoyed before in the Spring, was pretty awful. It was crowded, noisy, with beggars during the day and drunks and drug users sleeping on the sidewalks first thing in the morning. Multiple people warned us about pickpockets. I didn't feel it was worth paying a premium to stay right on it. Obviously this is not the fault of the hotel.
