1) The location of the apartment is excellent for tourism as well as for daily life: It's almost at the center of the old town and surrounded by many touris attractions. Across the street there is the famous Mercat de la Boqueria; Walk 100 meters you will get a full-size Carrefour Market; If you walk another 400 meters along la Ramblas to Plaça de Catalunya, you will find the local shopping center -- El Corte Inglés where you can get almost everything for your life. 2) The facilitis in the apartment are in almost full fuctions: washing basin is devided from toilet and shower compartment; toaster, coffee maker, water boiler, induction stoves, fridge and cloth washingmanchin with drier are equiped in the kitchen. There are 2 french balconies in the living area facing to la Ramblas with double-glazed windows which blocks well the noise from the street. 3) The prompt response of service from the apartment staff: when I complained the block of drainage in the shower compartment to the receptionist, they fixed up the problem right away.

1) The bed size is fairly small. May be due to the limit of floor size. But I think there is room for improvement by furnature re-arrangement. If the owner can provide me with the existing layout plan (in .dwg format) I myself can make a new layout plan of the studio free of charge for their reference or fun. 2) In most of time, the WiFi in the apartment is so slow that we have to go through our mobile traffic to get on internet and social apps.

Loved the location ! Bang in the middle of Las Ramblas. Directly opposite the food market and many restaurants, shops, supermarkets and a short walk from the main stop for the city bus tour. Great apartments with everything we needed and more! Special mention to Christina who was on the desk and super smiley and helpful. We arrived from Scotland early and she stored our luggage, advised about sightseeing and while we were away, she called be to say they had prepared room early specially and taken all our bags to room for us. Outstanding. Superb balconies where you can sit with glass of wine and soak up atmosphere of the street!

Nothing all great

Absolutely brilliant location being right in the middle of Las Ramblas. Comfortable for a group or family, with two bedrooms with big beds. The kitchen is sufficient, and the noise was minimal in the bedrooms.

The kitchen could be provided with some basic supplies. They should really look into automated entry, instead of having someone wait with keys.

The reception staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient and made our stay very pleasant. A young man with glasses was on duty on 14th and15th September (we had a chat about the Beatles and Liverpool) and a young woman originally from Venezuela (Miraila? Sorry if I have that spelling wrong) on 15th. We would like to thank them both for their welcome and assistance. Apartment was spacious, comfy beds, luxury bathrooms and nice touches like small sachets of oil, vinegar, sugar etc. in the kitchen.

A full length mirror in the double bedroom would be useful and instructions for air con and tv would be appreciated.The printed instructions on the door for opening 52B are incorrect, advising turning knob to right when it should be to the left which meant it took us a while to open it!

Excellent location, accommodation very well priced for the Las Ramblas/ gothic area of Barcelona. Authentic feel to the appartment, on the 4th floor we had great views over the city. The apartment also looks over the main Mercado de La Boqueria, which really is the best food market I've ever visited, providing a truly authentic experience.

No issue with the appartment which was great, but the only sticking point was the high number of people in the Las Ramblas area sleeping rough; some of which apply pressure tactics when asking members of the public for money which is off putting, particularly when travelling with children. I get that people can find themselves in that sort of situation absolutely through no fault of their own, and I hold no malice against them, but thought the events experienced were significant enough to mention. This has no reflection on the score of the apartment which to reiterate was great.

Great Location near attractions, good value for our family, cool views from the room. Easy access to taxis and metro. Staff was helpful, although the information to go to the sister hotel if reception didn't answer didn't arrive until after we had a brief moment of panic when we showed up to check in. All turned out fine and we enjoyed our 2 night stay.

Our neighbors were a little noisy the first night, but earplugs helped.

The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable, staff were very helpful with check-in and topping up essentials (eg toilet paper, body soap). This place was a great deal considering it's location along La Rambla. The washing machine in the apartment was a huge plus as well

Street noises can be heard at night on some days (especially the weekends), but wearing ear plugs to sleep helped block out the noise. You will also have to take the trash out yourself

The location is great. Opposite the market and close to good restaurants and train station (Green line). Receptionist (forgot her name) was really helpful.

The dryer wasn’t working which was a let down. No soap provided for washing machine either. Only 1 bathroom floor towel provided. Difficult to use the cooker with little explanation provided. No blender provided in the kitchen for cooking and power sockets had some contact issues. Despite these niggling issues it was a great stay.

The apartment are located in the middle of La Ramblas attractions area, closed to the airport or aerobus near Catalonia park. The food were amazingly cheap compared to where we came from and if you know where to look and what you want.

The apartment are cosy but the double bed that we have wad slanting in the middle. And the other are sofa bed and it's bit hard.

we were staying for the Barcelona marathon. the apartment was ideally located for not only the start but close by on the metro to other places of interest.

it was a little noisy at night but we knew that before we booked so not really a complaint. I did use ear plugs but I still woke a couple of times overnight. On the second night we were woken by a fire alarm going off at 00.30. it went on for a while but was eventually dealt with
