The staff was the ABSOLUTE BEST! The check-in clerks also were excellent concierges. They were able to make multiple suggestions on where to eat, how to get there, they called to make us reservations, looked up information on excursions we were interested in. The bartender was also excellent and friendly. Absolutely wonderful people. The location was super convenient with restaurants and bars around the back and public transportation dropping off so close by. Also within walking distance of the Gothic Quarter and beautiful town squares.

The television was difficult to get to function. It would allow me to select A channel, but if I then wanted to change the channel it would malfunction and just go black. I would need to power it off and on everything I wanted a new channel. Also, there was no A/C /Heater in our room because the sea and the sun are plenty powerful that you just need to open or close your window. The problem with that is there was a lot of street noise or sirens from below so it was difficult to sleep with the window open.

Breakfast was good, with a good selection of pastries fruit and bread. My only comment is whichever way you ask your eggs, they always come out hard! The location of the hotel is excellent, right opposite the marina. There is a good selection of bars and restaurants, very close by. Everything around the centre of Barcelona is a walking distance.

Being a four-star hotel, I would’ve thought they offer other meals such as lunch or dinner, it was only breakfast on offer with a very very small selection of food items at the bar. The gym was just one treadmill and one bicycle, it would’ve been nice if there was a few weights as well.

It made our life so easy in a long 7 nights trip to beautiful Barcelona, with the purpose to enjoy the very hip city’s vibes. Couldn’t do a better choice ! Close to everything on foot , nice people, super friendly everyone working in H10, positive vibes, clean and cozy. We stayed at this hotel for one night after our cruise. When we arrived the receptionist was very helpful, she gave us lots of information about Barcelona and the best bits to see. We left our bags with the hotel whilst we explored. At check in, they were again amazing and extremely helpful with lots of information and had already put our bags in the room. The room was incredible! Bed was very comfortable and room was a great size! Location was great for us, 10 minute walk to the beach and 30 minute walk into some of the landmarks in Barcelona. There is also a hop on and off bus across the road from the hotel.

The Hotel is located close to Estacione De Franca, the Port and Marina Area. There are many outdoor locations around the hotel. The staff is attentive and very helpful. The room is nice. I really liked the amenities provided like a kit on an airplane. They use Rituals products which shows the higher level of standards this Hotel Group has set to itself .

It could get loud in the summer as Barcelona is a very active city and the people tend to enjoy this to a total extent. This could be annoying if you try to downtempo. The prices on Barcelona are generally high so is this location compared to the Middle East.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location within walking distance to the lovely port, lots of nice restaurants and bars with great food. The hotel is very nice and clean, room is spatious and bathroom with shower cubicle is very modern. Staff is helpful. We had a room with breakfast included and we didn’t expect the breakfast to be so good- food is fresh and diverse, good coffee and the freshly squeezed orange juice was divine. You have an option to order a hot breakfast as well and there are a few nice dishes to choose from. Patricia was very helpful and always nice with us every morning at breakfast and always had a smile on her face. We had a great stay! Definitely recommend this hotel!

The only negative thing I can say about our stay in the hotel was that the walls were very thin and you could hear almost everything from the room next door. The next door guy’s alarm on his phone woke us up at six o’clock in the morning on our last day and he kept snoozing it over again!🥲🥲

Very central, comfortable beds and great reception staff (Alex upon check-in). There is a coffee machine in the room which is really nice and some bath amenities are also provided.

I found it expensive for what it was offering. In my room there were hairs in the sink and in the bed on the duvets upon check-in plus a little bit dusty. That made me question of how much the room was cleaned. Breakfast was ok, but not great for that price (26€ pp). They are also offering table service if you want to order something else, but unfortunately the girl taking the orders was not very welcoming, she basicaly sent me to scan the QR code to find out what Omlette options they offer, which seemed kind of weird, because it was taking her 5 seconds to say the 4-5 options instead of making me take the phone out, scan and after wait for her to come back again to take the order.

The hotel location was perfect for walking throughout the city. It's a beautiful hotel, the rooms are really nicely designed and kitted out. The staff were incredible and couldn't do enough to help us. My early check in request was accommodated which was much appreciated.

The one are,a for improvement is the lighting in the bedroom and the bathroom. My room was facing into the courtyard and even doing something simple like putting on make-up was impossible in either the bedroom or the bathroom. The bedroom has no natural light and is not well lit through the lighting. (Also i was there for pleasure but if i was trying to work from the room it would have been very challenging). The bathroom is very dark and moody but you can't see anything in there so even trying to put in contact lenses is difficult!

Fantastic property, just couple smaller problems. Lack of available staff. Climate control in room was not functioning, extremely lucky it was late April not late May onward. The staff was exceptional, no doubt but far too few. I read a lot “fantastic breakfast” in the reviews. However, I was VERY disappointed in it and not just the cost of 26€ but the breakfast itself was lacking. The pastries were all very dry (stale), I ordered a crepe. First time I ever received a “crispy” crepe. Once I turned it over I understood why … burnt black underneath. The main dish of scrambled eggs was fine, no problems. Seemed to me that it was rookie cook morning. I’ll go back again, as room size, bed size and comfort were actually fantastic! Location phenomenal too. Top of top was staff, which is always high on list of importance. Just that there was not enough of them.

Other than a rookie chef and lack of enough or available staff, nothing.

staff were really friendly and helpful! location is great, around 300 meter to nearst metro, bus station also around , we didnt need the public transport though, since barcelona is such a city to diacover with walking. Some small walking from the hotel leads to a lot of restaurants and nice cafe. The room is not huge, but great for couple of days, facilities are nice and modern. The only small minus are the walls, i think they might be thin....but we have expierenced the same in other hotels in barcelona, i think it might be a general thing.
