Perfect central location. a minute walk to the Metro. So perfect connectivity to all places in the city. Good restaurants and cafes near by.

Issue is with thin walls. Like even if you speak with your normal tone, we could hear it loud and clear outside. We travelled with a group of friends and we had our neighbor unhappy about loud noises from our room, where we were just speaking inside our room. That was a bit bothering as we had to whisper the whole night. Wish they had thick walls or some noise dampening systems.

The location was perfect. The metro is about 40 seconds away and there’s a bus stop super close by too! The staff were nice and they were happy to store our bags while our room was unavailable.

The same as many other reviews. The walls are paper thin. I was awoke by an alarm going off in the next room. The people in there kept snoozing their alarm and so we were woken every 8/10 minutes as we could hear it perfectly. Had we spoken the same language, we would have been able to understand every word they had said. As many have said, the bathrooms need to be renovated also. However, you get what you pay for and the location is incredible.

Very clean room/bathroom. Excellent reception team! Great location just right off the port, which is handy if you are cruising.

Soundproofing should be installed/improved. You can hear a lot of noise through the door, especially when a cleaner is singing and dancing while cleaning room next door at 8.30am... That would be the only downside.

the kind and helpful receptionists, the comfortable beds, privacy, location, newness of the room

door has a slight gap so the corridor noise was a bit more audible but nevertheless we weren’t disturbed by any out of place noise or sounds during sleep

Great location, very nice and friendly receptionist. The room was modern and clean, including the bathroom. Fresh towels, soap and shower gel were provided. Electric sockets were all over the place which was very useful for charging all our devices over a one night stay.

Mattresses could have been a bit more comfortable but for one night it was not an issue.

- the rooms are quite new, modern, minimalist but well decorate - great location, only 3 minuted walking to Metro and bus station also easy to find taxi around - surround by shops, restaurant and place go take coffee/breakfast. There's bar right in front of the hotel if you like to drink lol - the staffs are friendly, helpful and speak well english In general, I recommend this hotel and will be hampy to come back someday.

- cause the location is very near ans surround with everything, sometimes it can be little bit noisy at night. But not all night, usually after 1 or 2 am is already quite -in the room where we stay (floor 5), there was no hook in thr bathroom so we are confused where to put the used towel after. But in general nothing really to complain.

Clean and cozy room with daily cleaning services. Good shower pressure. Didn't hear too much noise from the streets which is great in such a big and busy city. Metro station hundred meters away. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Definitely would come back!

There were no major issues that we had. Just couple of things to mention: Area isn't safest in the city or least it felt that way while we were coming back on foot each late evening (in day time it's ok). Gap between room entrance door and floor carpet was way too big - we had to cover it with pillows from bright corridors light and noise when someone was passing by.

Great room for travel on a budget. The room was very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for us, on a safe street a 15 minute walk from Las Ramblas and close to metro stations. Staff at reception were very helpful with recommendations of the city.

Could hear people in the corridors through the door very clearly, however we could not hear noise from other rooms and weren’t disturbed at night. The shower worked well however tended to change temperature by itself which was slightly annoying. One day we returned to our room to find the safe door open (we had locked it), however nothing was missing from inside.

Room was very spacious and very comfortable. Room was spotless and was cleaned daily. Air-conditioning in the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location. Located right beside the Paral•lel metro stop. L3 (green) and L2 (purple) operate from this stop and bring you to all the main city attractions. Worth buying a 48hr or 72hr ticket if doing a short city break. Was quiet at night which was great if you wanted a good nights sleep. CLAREL health and beauty shop is next door which was handy for buying toiletries ie. shampoo, suncream.

No complaints really other than there was no hairdryer in the room but this was not a major issue for us.

We did not participate in the breakfast but we did eat out take away in the breakfast area (you cannot eat in the rooms) and the breakfast was very basic and IMO not worth the price BUT it would be convenient. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, They also called our taxi for us which was helpful as we do not speak Spanish and there were 4 of us and luggage.

We didn't have any real negatives. It was a little pricy IMO but at the time it was the only place available for 4 people and having a private bathroom:)
