The property was modern and comfortable. Location was fantastic. Rooms were spacious. Coffee and tea replaced each day in the rooms. Cleaned every day.

Breakfast was basic, but did the job.

The location is perfect. Bang in the centre of the Gothic Quarter and within walking distance to some of the best sites and museums in Barcelona. The room was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious. One of our party was lactose and gluten intolerant and there were options for her too. Another one of us was with a broken ankle and the hotel allowed us to borrow their wheelchair during our entire stay. Everyone was very lovely and welcoming and I would definitely go back.

The doors were not very soundproof, so we could hear everything that had happened in the hallway outside our room. Each door closed, and every word uttered could be heard inside our room.

The location is excellent. All that we wanted to do was within walking distance, the most 25 minutes. The room was basic but had everything we needed. Breakfast was good. They had a small selection of cereal, nice bread and pastries, fresh fruit, yoghurt and other items which were lovely. I didn't have any of the hot stuff but it looked ok. The bed were lovely and clean, very comfortable. Housekeeping were in each morning to make the beds and change towels if required.

The bathroom was big but needed upgraded. There were cracks in the tiles and just generally needed an upgraded. I struggled to get a decent cup of English breakfast tea so suggest you take some tea bags if you need tea.

The location was close to the central part of town. Close enough to walk to the central location for public transit or tourist buses. The room was nice over all and had a stunning view from the top floor patio. The furniture was a nice touch (the patio set and room chairs) and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

The air conditioner was not powerful enough to combat the heat on the top floor after arriving. Had to use a card to power room with electricity. The room we were in had a shower head in a large corner tub (OK for us, but not for everybody).

Hotel itself is situated at the perfect location, short walk to the main attractions of Barcelona, bus stop to the airport transfer is 5mins walk, beach and marina about 10-15mins walk. Our room was clean and tidy, it might need some refurbishment as room itself it a bit outdated compared to the hotel lobby and the rest of interior of the hotel, room was quite small, but enough for 2 people with small luggage. Breakfast was included in the rate, tasty cooked and continental breakfast choices. Hotel staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful, always saw them with a smile on their face whenever you pass by. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Perfect location at city centre, literally 1 minute walk from Sagrada Familia , 6-7 minutes walk from La Rambla, very close to few metro stations and other attractions- all within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Breakfast was lovely offering a big variety of hot and cols food. Nice and clean and staff were super friendly.

No hair conditioner, no body cream. Two sinks in the bathroom not needed. The view of the room was not good- our room was overlooking the back of a residential property which looked very poor.

i liked how all the important locations were a walking distance away from the hotel, you could walk to las ramblas, plaça de catalunya, barceloneta, and other places are easily connected by the metro or buses, everything is close, cafes, restaurants, public transport, etc. i also liked the housekeeping cleaning everyday, as well as having bidets in the bathroom. the receptionist was so nice and communicative.

a bit far from Barcelona Sants and the airport, which made me lose my train back home :( there aren’t good connections to that specific area from the metros nearby.

The staff, especially at the front desk, were absolutely wonderful. The room was outstanding. It was one of the refurbished rooms. The size of the room was generous. There was a step up to separate section with 2 easy chairs, and a desk. It felt as if I had a suite but it was a normal room. In addition, the room had a small patio with a plastic table and 2 chairs. Since I was on the 8th (top) floor, I could see the Barcelona skyline including the Sagrada Familia. Just awesome. The location was right next to the Barcelona Cathedral as well.

Currently construction is going on outside the front of the building. This makes it a little tough to find but it was of no consequence to us.

Great location and breakfast.

Great location near the gothic quarter. The staff on reception were genuinely lovely people, so helpful, friendly and down to earth. Our room was comfortable with amazing views of the city. We noticed one of our windows wouldn’t lock and we told reception as we were going out. When we got back it had been fixed which we were really happy about. There are great restaurants nearby particularly Luigi’s (fantastic food!) and you can walk to the gothic cathedral/ area in 4-5 mins. All in all this is a great place to stay in the heart of Barcelona.

The lifts are tiny but other than that it’s a brilliant place to stay.
