Sercotel Caspe

We really enjoyed our stay at Sercotel Caspe. Great courtesy from all staff members, who were ready to give us any advice about places we were interested to reach. The room was clean and very silent, with all main comforts. The hotel also provides a (check-in/out) luggage storage service for free. We recommend the structure for your pleasant stay in Barcelona.

- Large room with a wardrobe and places to sit besides the bed - Walk-in shower AND a bathtub - Mini-fridge and a kettle - Cosy feel with (fake) plants - 24h reception

- No place to put cosmetics in the shower/bathroom. This is a common problem in hotels. - The sink tap was too close to the edge of the sink so washing hands would always flood the counter. - These were only small annoyances. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Perfect location, small but practial room, comfortable beds. Outstanding breakfast with fresh orange juice and coffee. Public transport is in the nearby (metro, buses).

The only inconvenience was that as walls are not really well insulated, sometimes we could hear our neighbours.

Staff was professional and very friendly (shoutout to our receptionist, Conrado). The room itself is modern, big enough for a couple, intimate, with enough light. We really liked the fact that the bathroom had both a walk-in shower and a bathtub. The hotel provides all the necessary toiletries (toothbrushes, hand soap, shower gel, even a feminine kit) which was a nice touch. Location is great, close to the Arc de Triumph (and a major metro station-Tetuan) and the hotel has a bus station right across the street. We chose a stay with breakfast included and I must say that it was really worth it (though breakfast time could be a little bit extended to 11 AM in weekdays, too): a buffet which has everything, cooked well and the desserts were really delicious. If we’re coming back to Barcelona, I believe that this is where we’ll book a room again.

-The AC, while it cooled the room to a really comfortable temperature (I believe between 20-22 Celsius), was a little bit weird to use and it didn’t have that much power (we needed to let it run all day in order to have a good temperature), but it is a minor flaw. -Noise insulation wasn’t top notch, we had a really loud family in front of our room (albeit this depends on one’s education) and we could hear them with both our door and theirs closed, BUT since we came in our room at 2-3 AM, we could sleep well, without disturbances and we were lucky that they didn’t stay too much. -The mattress was a bit too hard for our taste, but then again, this depends on one’s preferences.

The room is perfect for a couple, clean, comfortable, spacious, and quiet. The location is great too, not too far from the main attractions, so it's relatively easy to get around. It's super close to Arc de Triomf with lots of places to eat around, and you can also walk to Sagrada Familia or Plaça de Catalunya (about a 20 min walk). Also, having air conditioning in the room is amazing. 24/7 reception is great and very friendly staff. I would highly recommend!

The curtains are non blackout, so you get some light coming through, but it was not a biggie for me. Also, the internal sliding door for the bathroom makes you feel a bit awkward. But other than that, no other complaints.

situated very close to the city, no more than 7 minute walk to the metro. staff were very friendly and the value for what you get is unreal. highly recommend!

Luxurious breakfast with amazing nespresso coffee!!! Hot dishes (bacon, eggs, vegetables), tortilla, and cold snacks (meat, salami, cheese), as well as fabulous desserts. Several types of milk choice, three types of water (fruit flavoured was amazing) and other intersting things I haven't managed to try due to limited space in the stomach. I felt energised after so wonderful breakfast.

Improvement of windows to reduce the noise from the street. all the rest was perfect.

I had a great experience. The hotel's location was good and made it easy to explore Barcelona. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, which helped to make my stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with a variety of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious and offered a great selection of options.

I did have one small issue with my stay. There was no toilet brush in my room, which was a bit disappointing. Although this didn't significantly impact my overall experience, it's something that I think the hotel could improve on in the future.

The people at the front desk were nice and helpful. The lobby was spacious and relaxing. The rooms were nice and clean. The location was great, walked everywhere. Overall the hotel was nice and clean and the location was excellent. I would stay again.

We have a car rental and this hotel offers parking however it's tight to maneuver with an SUV. We were a family of 4 so they didn't offer 2 queen-size beds per room. We ended up with 2 rooms w/ queen size beds Wasn't so bad but would be better to have 1 room instead of 2 rooms. I requested the rooms to be close together; instead, the rooms were on each corner of the building. It was not the hotel doing but was on booking.com.
