Aspira Residence Ruamrudee

My wife and I stayed at Aspira Residence Ruamrudee in June (for 3 weeks) and again August (for another 3 weeks). Our 1BR was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The hotel is located in a safe residential area, so it is quiet and peaceful. There is a shuttle from the hotel to the nearest train station (BTS) which you can use anytime. You can also walk to the train station, which is about 7 to 10 minutes. My wife and I love to walk, so we walked everyday from the hotel to the city centre and back. The staff are very courteous and friendly; they are honest and will take care of your belongings, so nothing will go missing. There is a laundry with washing machines and dryers which you can use free of charge. There is also a small gym. It was good value for money.

Room is exceptional. A group of 16, we took 3 2-bedroom apartments and 1 1-bedroom apartment, all were spacious. Enough space to walk around, keep all your belongings. Apartment pantry, living area and dining area is appropriate. Adequate facilities available like fridge, cutleries, microwave oven and cooker for minimal cooking and heating. Cleanliness is tiptop! I am really happy with this level. Location is great. Night time is quiet. Hotel shuttle is available to the main street Sukhumvit Road and then walkable/ can take other mode of transportations to major shopping areas. Grab also available to the hotel.

We liked this place, we stayed twice (in June and August 2023). Please read my review from June. Very comfortable and clean, spacious rooms. The staff were pleasant, polite, and honest. There is a decent laundry facility there, if you need to wash any dirty clothes. Located in a safe, and quiet residential area; we had peace of mind when walking to and from the hotel. There is a shuttle to the nearest train station, and you can buy bottled water and other essential items at the reception.

The 2 bedroom apartment is very comfortable specially for a family very clean, comfortable beds, good pillow, good WiFi.

The kitchen equipments are very minimal, just 1 nonstick pan is provided to cook that also was in bad shape with scratch, atleast one more pot to boil noodles should be provided. And the basic tea and coffee should be provided every day. They have a tuktuk to drop to the phloen chit station. As the location is about 800mtr to the public transportation. The timing is 10am to 6 pm. If we are going early say by 8 am it is of no use, they should change the timings as other accommodation nearby also provided tuktuk from early morning till late evening.

One of the best hotels stays I've had ever had. The "Entire" staff was exceptional.. They were very helpful warm and curtious.. They went above and beyond..

The location was great and convenient.. This was my young kids first family vacation and they thought of the hotel as home. I would highly recommend Aspira Residence very family friendly..

Free shuttle to nearest BTS station

No swimming pool, shower water pressure a little bit weak, can improve sound proofing as the apt is close to freeway so a bit of road noise in the background

The property is in very good location away from hustle and bustle of the typical Bangkok hotels and in a residential neighbourhood. The rooms are very spacious and very clean . The staff is also very helpful. If one wants a comfortable stay then this place could be considered.

Some noise is there as the place is adjacent to highway, but that is not very significant

Good location (close to the BTS etc) clean rooms and fabulous value for money. For me the best feature of this property is the staff who go above and beyond for their guests. They are so lovely and helpful 😊

Very clean room with full size fridge and microwave. Bed supremely comfortable, really nice shower too. It's a little off the main road but within walking distance to a fantastic pizza place that does gluten free pizza safe for celiacs. Lovely staff at the front desk and free laundry!!!

hotel location is quite far from the crowd so that we had a peaceful evening during our stay. They provided a shuttle from the hotel to the nearest BTS station. the neighborhood is clean and safe.
