The value for the price was excellent. The location was within a neighborhood with some very nice restaurants and convenience stores. There is a coffee shop bakery attached to the building with excellent service and high quality sandwich items freshly made there at very reasonable prices called 7 to 7. I normally stay at the usual big hotels, like Grande Center Point, JW Marriotts, Hiltons etc but this time I wanted to try something local and small. I am very glad that I did. I would book this place again. The staff was also excellent and very accommodating.

The location was not the best. Not alot to do around the Hotel, you have to get a ride to get to intersting places aroud Bangkok (even for a bit of street food). The water flow in the shower was good but the temperature changed every second and it was to hot or to cold.

This hotel was beautiful! The swimming pool was amazing, the beds were really comfy and the breakfast was tasty with a good amount of variety.

The staff didn't have a clue, my room key was not activated, I was not told the location of things such as breakfast or the swimming pool and then when I asked I was treated like a problem. Poor service for such a beautiful hotel.

The wifi is very low. It doesn’t even work properly.

Good value for money. Room is spacious, our bed was huge. It’s made up of joining two double beds, can easily fit 2 adults + 2 kids. The joining is done well, no bulges. Love the little balcony in the room with canal view. Breakfast’s varieties is not bad, the kitchen made some really nice Thai chicken curry. Breakfast space is nice too, lots of natural light.

There is a 7-11 down the road, other than that nothing much around the hotel. Though, it’s not far to walk to the main strip of Sukhumvit or Lumphini park. The bathroom is very basic, the countertop basin has got the worst design though, it gets wet and water dripping to floor, bad design.

The rooftop pool offered lovely views of the tall buildings. The sunset was amazing from the roof! The room was a good size, the bathroom was spacious and the air conditioning was spot on. There was a TV that offered the use of netflicks. Two free bottles of water each day, which was nice. The location isn't central. However, many large shopping centres are in walking distance. We finally found a room in Thailand with a comfortable bed and two pillows per person. 😄

The breakfast was appalling and charged at 250TBH per person. Anything from the continental section was stale. We didn't even attempt the hot section after this! There are nicer places to go for breakfast a short walk away. The bottom of the pool needs some maintenance, as there are small loose tiles at the bottom. The towels in our room were stained. We used our own towels. We did see other people had also stated this on their reviews.

* Excellent location, 10-min walk to Phloen Chit train station, Central Embassy shopping centre, and Lumphini Park; two 7/11s very nearby as well as a handful of great restaurants and trustworthy massage parlors; MBK is also accessible by a short train ride. * Exceptional staff made our stay memorable, adored our baby girl, and went above and beyond. * The room was surprisingly spacious, boasting a comfortable bed and a massive bathroom with a great bath and shower. * The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, adding to the overall positive experience. * The on-site cafe was a delight with fantastic coffee, delicious meals, and pastries that hit the spot. * The rooftop pool provided a tranquil escape, offering beautiful sunset vistas and a perfect setting for family relaxation with drinks and conversation at day's end. * The shuttle bus service was a helpful touch, especially on hot days, making it easy to reach the train station with our family. * We felt safe in this neighbourhood, surrounded by embassies and free from any questionable elements; a secure choice.

The rooftop pool was a delightful oasis with the addition of some shade or umbrellas being the only missing touch for sun-sensitive guests.

The dining area is so clean and hygienic. We enjoy the brekky so much :)

The room was good size. The bed, comfortable. The hotel is in a good location on a quiet street not far from the BTS. It was good value for money.

There was no drinking water in the room, which I found surprising. It forced me to drink something from the minibar in the middle of the night when I felt super thirsty.
