Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 4

The breakfast spread was really good with a variety of very fresh fruit and salad options. There is only 1 person making eggs, so waiting for eggs to is a pain. Even bolied eggs. However, there are other varieties of food to choose from. A shuttle bus which leaves every half hour will take you only to Nana Station. Front desk staff were helpful with arranging a taxi for me and keeping my medications on my behalf. I was mainly there for my yearly doctor visits, and this hotel was completely comfortable, and at least 20mins walk from Bumrungrad International Hospital.

The hotel is not in a very family oriented place. I did not bring my family with this time, but if you know Thailand, this is the culture of how things go. The streets heading towards the hotel are lined up with many bars and entertainment. I never felt unsafe walking back to the hotel in the later part of the evening. I did, however, enjoy watching how the men would be lured in. If you are looking for a family oriented hotel, this is probably not the place, especially with the nightlife outside in the evening. If you are not going out in the evening then I think the hotel would be suitable then.

fantastic overall hotel. rooms were modern with great amenities, out of this world views, helpful staff. what more could you ask for.

the lack of sun-beds on the roof top was poor for a hotel with 24 floors 10 sun beds is pretty poor I did ask the bar staff if they had more and they said no. the only issue with the room was the shower it was extremely weak having stayed in a hostle the night before they had a better shower.

The location is good, and the reception and concierge were very helpful. The room is clean. The pool was rather small, but it had a great view. The rooftop staff was a little impolite. The reception staff named Prem was very helpful, polite and friendly. The housekeeping staff named Namyen took care of us and our room is commendable for her effort to make our honeymoon stay a little better. We would like the hotel management to award her for her efforts. The location is close to a BTS station.

The TV should be updated to a SMART TV for younger travellers. The TV channels are not friendly for non-English speaking travellers. Other that that, everything is up to standard for your holiday on Thailand.

Location is excellent with a short walk to SkyTrain station Nana. Staff always very polite and friendly. Breakfast very good with wide variety of food available. Enjoyed infinity pool with beautiful views. Area is good for food although you need to pick your location as there are some very lively bars along the road. For authentic food go to The Swan just near the hotel.

Was not too keen on the red light ambience of the bar/pool area in the evening. Would have preferred something a bit more multicoloured. Found the lighting in the room/bathroom for putting on makeup etc. poor despite magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Lights were all downlighters.

fantastic location for entertainment venues, access to the BTS and getting to and from the airport. room, facilities were of a high standard - loved having an espresso machine in my room. staff were super friendly and helpful

My room was very modern, comfortable and spacious. The staff was friendly and professional. The highlight of the hotel is the rooftop terrace and the infinity pool, the view is really great and even if it is not huge I always managed to find a free sunbed.

The quality of the breakfast buffet did not meet my expectations. While the selection is quite broad, it was not as tasty as I would expect at this kind of hotel. If I would go back, I would not pay extra for breakfast and rather find another cafe in the area.

There was a variety of food and drinks available for breakfast/lunch/dinner at the restaurant and everything I had tasted amazing! As I had to use a wheelchair during my stay following an injury, staff would always rush over to welcome me and made sure that I had a comfortable spot to sit in the restaurant. They went over and beyond to make sure I had everything I wanted/needed and I couldn't rate their customer service any higher. Housekeeping staff were also incredibly helpful as were the concierges who even wheeled me across the road so I could have a massage a few times because I was incapacitated. Overall, I absolutely loved my experience and I'd also like to thank Nan, (i think she is the Guest Manager ) who made sure I received the best possible care and supporting me with my needs. I will most definitely choose this hotel when visiting Bangkok again. I'm already missing the staff and cannot stop talking about how amazing they were!

Enjoyed our stay here. We were on the 20th floor, and the views were amazing. Despite being on a busy street, there was absolutely no noise. The room was exceptionally clean, and well equipped. The rooftop pool is lovely, and offers awesome views also. The location isn't for everyone, but I loved it, it's a very busy street with lots to see, but you will get hookers trying to get your attention as soon as you're outside the hotel. Nothing to worry about though. There are so many bars outside you're spoilt for choice, but Hooters is good if you want a hassle free drink with a view.

The lighting in the room is really weird.

Iys a great location, nice modern building, great roof top pool and bar. The food is pretty good to.

I get frustrated here as checking in and out is a long winded pain This time took 15 minutes to check in,which is normal.for them,as I stayed here many times So I wonder why so long when everywhere else is 2 to 4 minutes. That's not including the 10 minute wait to be served. Also the lifts can take an eternity to come, as its quite a big hotel. That ti can become frustrating. But it's a nice hotel overall

Location : "perfect" for those who love nightlife and you can sleep peacefully without any noise even in the day. Room : The cleanliness of the room is Tip Top. Not a single strand of hair. Bed/blanket/towels all spotless. Staffs : All of them speak GOOD English with a positive body language. Concierge is extremely professional.

Need to improve on the check in time. I check in 4pm. My itinerary was disrupted.
