outside too many hawkers but not really anything the hotel can do BUT did see people NOT guests using the pool and even though there is a card activation for the lift this was not in use.

The location is good, close to BTS but still far away from the noise. The hotel is clean and the swimming pool is nice. Perfect for a sun worshipper, as the sun shines all day long to the roof! The room was also nice and big, the price-quality ratio is really good. The breakfast buffet was ok and cheap (250 bath per person).

The only bad thing that comes to my mind is that the water temperature control in the shower is poor. You wash either in a cold or a hot shower.

All the staff was so kind and polite it definitely was a pleasure staying in the Surestay hotel. Me and my wife was there from the 22nd December for 8 nights. All the staff were so nice, from the front desk to the doorman who dropped us off at the end of the road in his complimentary golf buggy, what a nice touch and he always made us feel special. We stayed in a 5 star hotel round the corner Christmas 2022, but we personally enjoyed the very personal service that we received from the staff of the Surestay hotel. The roof top pool and bar area was excellent and very clean like the rest of the hotel, and again the staff made everyone welcome. The hotel location is very central with the skytrain station at the end of the road which is great for navigating around Bangkok.The hotel complimentary drop-off to the end of the road makes it simple getting to the bars and shops I've not named the staff by there names but when we return again we'll definitely acknowledge them all by their name as they deserve for the great service they provide 👌

We had a truly enjoyable experience at SureStay Plus. The staff's consistently friendly and reliable service added a warm touch to our stay, and the cleanliness of all the facilities made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Despite being on a lower budget, the hotel provided us with everything we needed and more. The spacious rooms were a delight to retreat to after a day of exploring the city. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the rooftop pool, offering a serene oasis amidst the bustling city. It was a joy to relax there while soaking in the panoramic view. Furthermore, the hotel's convenient location, right next to a lively nightlife street, allowed us to experience the local scene. Also, getting taxis or tuk-tuks was never a hassle.

While our overall experience was remarkable, the only minor drawback was the room service, which sometimes took around 1-1.5 hours.

Our stay at Surestay was a great way to spend new years and start our journey around south east asia. The staff were all friendly and nothing my was a hassle for them. Attentive doormen and security presence giving a safe feeling in this big new city. The room was clean and it seemed well looked after. Huge bed and Tv to compliment. Bathroom was modern and clean and had all the amenities needed. The Pool and roof top bar were amazing! although the pictures may be brighter and more colourful water it did not disappoint certainly one of the best rooftop pools in bangkok for the budget! Variably i recommend this hotel. Location is great, 10 minute walk to sky train and grabs are always available nearby

One morning we had breakfast which was 250Baht each which wasn’t the best hotel breakfast however there was enough choice for a basic breakfast. Eggs, beans toast, fruits cereals, some thai options. I would not do the breakfast again though. Roof top pool area sun beds not enough. Only 8 however the size of the rooftop cannot be changed obviously

Very quiet location, had a great sleep there! The bed is huge and really really comfortable. Generally the room is really spaceous. It is close to shopping center, cinema, supermarkets and there is the skytrain close by. The pool is a nice add-on for a stay in the city. The price is amazing for what you get :)! Definitely recommended for a city trip.

Since our flight was in the evening, we would have loved to take a shower after a hot day in the city however no showers are provided. They offered us only the pool shower which we could only use in bikini/boardshort since the shower is public.

I thought it was nice modern, clean and spacious when I was there, but after travelling around to other hotels in Thailand I realised it was amazing in comparison! Staff were lovely, the rooftop bar with music at the weekend, the rooftop pool, how modern and big the rooms were, the golf buggy to the end of the street, just great. I was only meant to be there for 3 nights but extended a further 4 because I didn’t want to leave.

The view from my room was amazing but it did make me notice the windows could do with a clean. They were bad but not to the same level as the rest of the place.

The hotel was very nice, good air conditioning. Room size was excellent and very comfortable. The area with the swimming pool and sky bar are great, too. The views were good too. There are a lot of western-style cafes and restaurants around. This made having breakfast out really comfortable.

The location was good for the area, but I personally did not enjoy the area all that much. This is not the hotel's fault, but it did influence my stay. The pool and bar at the top closes at 22:00 every day. This meant for us that we could barely use it, as we were often out until late sightseeing.

It was in close proximity to the BTS. There is an amazing view from the rooftop bar and pool which was big and clean- so picturesque. The rooms were clean, lots of storage space and seating area, beds were big and comfortable and big windows to see the nice view outside. Staff were excellent and helpful. Breakfast was good- good variety. Very good value for money

Just the water temperature of the shower can be a bit better- hot water isn’t very hot. Otherwise excellent

Room was clean and big enough. Bed was comfortable. Pool and bar is perfect.One of the best location.

I'll be honest . To many Indian's in the hotel and they can't behave.....They think this is India.... But this is not the hotel's fault . I booked 3 night's and 3 night's i'm not sleep well .
