Always enjoy the buffet breakfast before Indian people come down to the restaurant and start handling food with there hands when there are noticing up to use the utinsels

Noise from India people shouting and yelling just no respect for others in the hotel

Very good breakfast for the cost and location of hotel. Easy walking distance to entertainment. I’m a senior citizen and it took me about 10 minutes.

Rooms are a bit small and hotel are dated. However, given the daily rate and close proximity to entertainment, it’s a very good value.

The service is good. The location is great.

Google Maps shows this hotel as a 4 star hotel. This is the first time I encountered a hotel with no slippers, no bottled water, no refrigerator, no toothbrush, and shampoo, and the price was really cheap.

As always the staff at reception and Valet the location is good the pool is good and the bar is good

The size of the room as a genius guest we should be upgraded The food as always does not cater for thai people The TV package must be the worst I have seen in any hotel around the world all Indian and Arabic or Thai nothing for western guest

I do not want to berate this hotel as the staff were excellent -it was spotlessly clean and in a great location. The only thing that I have to say is that 1 power outlet with 2 spaces (too close together to use both) is not sufficient for today's traveller who needs to charge laptop, phone and maybe use the kettle in between (this is a minimum)

As above - but would stay again 100% - but bring multi-socket power outlet :)

The staff at the hotel were delightful, one helped us with our transportation nearly everyday (he even weighed our luggages before we left)! The location was great, very central and only a 10-min walk from Nana BTS Station (there's also a shuttle from the hotel to the station every 30-mins) and a 20-min car ride to all the big shopping malls. The wifi worked well and it's only a 5-min walk from a nearby 7/11. The hotel itself is bright and welcoming, the room is very clean (a bit small - but if you're only 2 people - like we were - that isn't an issue). Would definitely stay here again for the people!

The location was in a red light district - so that was surprising at night, but not necessarily a bad thing! The noise never reached the hotel :)

Not bad for the pirce, yet you are in the middle of the tourist area, so scams and other seedy things happen at night on the streets on your way to main areas. The hotel is well built with a bar inside on the G Floor for reasonable prices and also buys 1 get ones after 6 pm to 8 pm. The beds are comfortable, and the tv is good. Wi-Fi is a little to be desired along with the smell of smoke from others even tho rooms are non-smoking the Indian guests do not care.

the location is right on the happening place like massage, party. they provide free transport till metro station every half an hour which is convenient. we used grab bike taxi most of the time. Hotel staff helped us to make food hot for my daughter which helped a lot. Indian Resturant within 100m from hotel.

Breakfast option is a lot but hardly any for chicken and vegetarians, mostly salad or egg option only. Limited chicken option but they were tasty though. should look at nationality of guest and make breakfast accordingly, there were many Indians staying but no Indian dishes

good location, good price, neat clean, wonderful staff Sita, Niracha, Ken, Fif, Jojo, Smile, Pu, Aleena, Faii, Guitar, New , Bell and Hotel Operation manager May Bhuwa these all given me great exceptional wonderful family like treatment for a comfortable stay away from home. Thank you very much. I recommend this property to others who want a home away from home. The breakfast was delicious especially masala tea. The chef Tony is awesome . The Operation Manager is amazing personality who takes care of comfortable stay of guests. I appreciate. I came to Bangkok after more than 30 years and it was wonderful stay . just walk out and there plenty of restaurants, bars, Indian , Thai, Japanese food and 7-11 store for daily needs available . sorry…do not misunderstand..I am not paid to write this review.

The staff are friendly,provided another door key when I forgot the original one inside room. The room is clean,shower and other equipments work all fine. So, I actually extended my staying for another three more nights. The location is perfect as it is at the end of that NANA road ,you can just enjoy the night life On the same road as the NANA Plaza

I heard dog barking one day on the same. floor as I was, not sure if the sound was from a actual dog or from some sort of electrical speaker. But the sound did not appear after a short period of time,and did not disturb my night.
