Nanatai Suites

The Nanatai Suite has a large sitting room plus a large bedroom. Comfortable bed, pillows. I used the pool 3 out of 4 days. Large enough and the water was a good temperature. The hotel is quiet as it at the end of a closed soi. Good for a light sleeper.

The fitness room is no worth visiting. Old, poorly maintained equipment. Due to staff shortage, the restaurant does not open until 9 am. My day tours had pick up times of 7 & 8 am. Never did eat at the restaurant. The 32" TV is too small for a large room.The front desk was not booking tours. I used Novatel Hotel for tours and their free shuttle to BTS Station. Nanatai does have a free shuttle to Nana Plaza but only starts at 10 am. No help if you need an early start on sightseeing.

Great location at the quiet end of Soi 4 with easy access to Benjakitti Park now they've opened up the end of the road. Balcony of my room overlooked the park. Nice restaurant on the ground floor with great selection of food and drink. Outdoor swimming pool, gym and 2 pool tables. Good sized room with bath tub, a ircon, safe,fridge large screen TV and WiFi.

Very polite staff, good location - on the one hand there is a quiet park, on the other, a busy Nana district. You can smoke on the balcony. A lot of dishes can be ordered in the room, the price is not very high - a quite adequate price tag.

The rooms are quite old, the air conditioner is very noisy even at the minimum power, I had to buy earplugs and sleep in them. We also needed a microwave in the room, The staff helpfully provided us (for a fee), but it turned out that the plug does not pass into the outlet, so I had to buy an adapter.

Taking care of the guest when it comes to everyday giving bottle of water

The front staff in charge was not helpful when we check out at 0430am. No one assisted us or didn’t bother to help my son in fixing the bags inside the taxi.

The staff are very friendly and helpful The room was very spacious and comfortable

It would be lovely to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room One of the lifts was faulty and wouldn't take more than 3 people. Obviously had been a known problem for some time

Everything was perfect, the staff, the security, the service was all perfect

The smell of cannabis was to much specially in the late evening, makes me think twice if im to bring children to this place

Stayed here before, Always for a couple of nights, good location, helpful staff, would recommend to anyone for a short trip. Infact, my pal visited Bangkok, he also stayed here for 2 nights, 👍

The Bathrooms, this time it was a shower room without the bath, much better,

The location was perfect close to nightlife, pubs, metro. They have free tuk tuk service to get to nearby pub area. Rooms were huge, pool was nice and restaurant had good decently prices food. Rooms had balcony and were smoking rooms

Nothing at all... It was perfect

The location is perfect for guys if you want to have fun at night there’s a lot of nightclubs around you will be surprise.

Room (no.412) had a problem with the bathroom door.
